I haven't seen it. the one show like that I liked was The Voice. A lot of talent on that one.

Actually, the last show one of the contestants was lip syncing..

I used to be a big fan of some reality TV such as american chopper and now you can't believe a thing, everything seems staged and they edit what the people say out of context to cause drama.
