Hi I have a 2011 arctic cat youth 150. It has blown gears in the transmission and i want help taking it apart and rebuilding the gears. Looking for any service manuals anyone might be able to send me my way. Also advice on the how to's and where to go for parts.
Also looking to replace the front plastic fender.
      Thanks
      Harry

I have a 2006 artic cat 500. It runs fine, but once you put it in gear it wont budge, cant push it, wheels are locked. If you try to throttle up, the motor bogs down, almost like its gonna choke out.
Put it in neutral and it will roll all day.
Is this a belt issue, or am I looking at major repairs.

Hello ladies and gents. Just picked this guy up in October and getting around to doing the required maintenance to make sure everything is right before any long rides or work is done.
Some background: I am I believe the 4th owner, (however the 3rd didn't actually ride it). It has unknown hours or odometer due to what appears to be a common issue.
I have noticed the fuel gauge doesn't work (just keeps flashing empty),
I did come across a google search that mentioned these were a common problem but was fixed by replacing the dash (seems like overkill) and another post mentioning someone attempting a fix.
Any particular issues on these quads to pay attention to beyond the dash ?
Going to be replacing the rear tires, oil change, filters and plug. Anything else I should do with an unknown history such as diff flush/change ?
I believe there is a service manual here but I need a few more posts. Hopefully this post will drive some answers and more questions I might have. Thanks!

Replaced battery, relay and starter. Turns over and starts part of the time and other times just rapid clicking.

Anyone have any idea why my 2001 kodiak 400 4x4 will only run when the peacock valve is turned to reserve?

It seems like it looses fuel prime after sitting A few days.  If you ride it every day it will fire right up. Parked for a few and you have to use either to start it.
