I am trying to locate 1994 Suzuki LT-F250 Quad Runner Carb Slider Diaphragm I only need the Diaphragm not the slider. I have tried to find a part number for the Diaphragm but have failed to find one. I have found a Diaphragm on EBay but the model years don't match. I sure would appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Look at the repair manual. I believe model years '90 through '98 were identical/interchangeable.

Thanks for the replies I didn't get any email notifications from quadcrazy in regard to this post.

Thanks Nor7 and Ajmboy, for trying to help me out!

Tonight I went ahead and placed an order for the diaphragm with slide included and a rebuild kit from Jets R Us the total came out to around $115.00.

I looked everywhere for just the diaphragm only but could not find one for the 94 model. I found some for newer models though but wasn't willing to gamble on getting something that may not work.

Thanks and God Bless, Whip

Update On My Parts and Rebuild!

In my last post I mentioned having placed an order from jetsrus.con for a diaphragm with slide included and a rebuild kit however after waiting for almost two weeks I never got my order so I finally emailed them only to find that the diaphragm with slide included was on back order.

Well I requested my money back and once I got that back I ordered a OEM diaphragm with slide included and a Aftermarket moose carb rebuild kit from bikebandit.com which the total was around $163.00.

I got my parts in less than a week then cleaned the carb and installed the new parts and it is working like a new one.

Hi, I have been around everything with a motor since I was little, and finally purchased more to get my husband, and kids involved. I have 4 quads I will be searching around for information on. I have two 2002 Suzuki LT80K quads, a 1997 Yamaha Timberwolf 250, and a 1996 Kawasaki Bayou 220. I have had different ones throughout the years, and plan on buying another Yamaha Banshee. I plan on trying to learn more about all of them, so I can customize some of them. I know nothing about them besides how to race them, my dad always took care of the rest, but figured it was time for me to learn.

      I Crashed My Quad
Well the Way I Ride, some of you knew it was Inevitable.
      Below are Three Videos.
First one is Slow Motion of How it Happens.
Second one is Normal Speed, and what happens after the Accident.
Third one Follows more of what happens after .

I Was Riding By Myself. I was going through a Mud HOLE Either there was a log or a rock, or A Dip but just as I was almost through it, Machine, Rolled over on my right side, as soon as I contacted the ground, I Heard A SNAP! I got up, flipped the Quad back over. I had the wind knocked out of me.

My name says it all. I have a '03 Honda Sporttrax 400EX with a new aftermarket carb on it that seems to be having issues. I can start it but it idles really rough and when I give it throttle it just kills the engine. I have tried adjusting the idle screw but to no avail. I am in the San Diego Ca area.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I would also like to get an owners manual for the thing too but can't seem to find a downloadable one.

So I’ve got a 2000 Honda 400ex absolutely love it!! I’ve had it for about a month, I ride with bruteforce 750’s, outlander 850’s and 1000 sxs’s and I was thinking of getting a trx450r carb and a full hmf exhaust. And probably doing the air box mod too, how much power would this give my 400? Just a little different or a big difference? Cuz if it’s not much of a different I’ll just stick with my dg slip on..... thanks!
