Falcon 110 performance parts

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

A buddy of mine just got 2 falcon 110s a few weeks back that had been sitting around for a few years, and got me to get them running. Well at least one, and took parts from the other one as needed.

He is trading me the other one for labor costs. I really did not want to do this since I could use the money, but I am going to anyway. So my question is, where can I find some good performance parts for this thing. The one I rode went pretty good, but Im a speed freak of sorts and want to built it to go faster. I want to make a crazy little toy for myself with this thing. I already know about the after market CDI and coils, but would like to go way further than that with a possible cam and head, maybe even a larger bore if possible.

Thanks for any replies.

tough to make the Chinese crap last- may not want to put time and money into it. start with an older Honda or Suzuki and then go crazy on making it fast and cool.

I guess that all depends on who is riding it and there knowledge of working on machines. Also providing it doesnt get any mechanical issues the entire fuel and electrical system can be replaced for slightly over $100. If the frame breaks, Ive got a welder and all other factory parts a dirt cheap..

Just wanting to make a toy out of some junk Im going to have sitting around. Might as well use it instead of throwing it in the dumpster.

Just wanting to make a toy I can drive it like I stole it and if it breaks, who cares. Put it up and maybe put some more $$ in it when I get a few extra bucks laying around..

Im already stretching the rear suspension back about a foot and widening all 4 corners 4 inches to get some more stability out of it. Thinking about dropping it down and making a little drag bike out of it.

I have an unknown year Timberwolf. I have had to replace/repair some back yard wiring issues. With the wiring fixed, I compared to my other Timberwolf quads, I have found a problem. Starter is always running. I can only get it to stop by removing the positive lead from the battery.

My Arctic Cat will not suck from the fuel tank and start. I replaced the Carburator, fuel pump, spark plug, air filter and hoses. I can run a fuel line to a gas can with the top off and drop the fuel line in it and it will start. So I was thinking I had a problem with my fuel tank but I can siphon fuel out of it
So I bought a portable 6 gallon tank and mounted it on the luggage rack but it will not suck out of the new tank. But if I take the filler cap off and drop the fuel hose in the tank it run suck gas and run
      Any suggestions? Electric fuel pump?

As I am new to the world of Kawasaki ATV's, I was wondering if anyone could make a few recommendations where I can find some parts.
For sure I will need 4 tires, a wiring harness, an ignition switch, a battery, maybe a carb, the little hose from air box to carb,  the front cover above the main fenders (cowl cover?) and of course the standard spark plugs and filters. Oh and URRRGGGHH on this, a whole bunch of nuts bolts and screws. The arsehat that removed various panels, lost most of the screws and bolts.  For an OCD'er like me that drives me bonkers.
      Thanks for any help.
Oh and yes I am trying the search tool, though it seems to not be forum specific? However, I also need post counts that are not spam.

Hi, 2 years ago I got a 2002 Kawasaki Lakota Sport 300 for $50. Yes, I know, vary cheap, and it came with issues. The issues were, a leaky oil cap, a carburetor that fails when going up or down hill, and a flat tire that will not fill up. It also has a broken exhaust, as in broken, the tip of the exhaust is no longer there, so it is loud, but works fine. I have the oil cap, and a carb repair kit, but I need help finding a right rear tire for it, also I need ether a entirely new exhaust for it or somehow repair it, I dont have the old piece to the exhaust. Feel free to ask me questions. I will put a pic of what the exhaust is supposed to look like.

Replacing one of the front lower boots on a '11 700 grizz and not sure where to source the part. This is my first service job on this bike or on an atv period. I'd like to get at least OEM, but if there's something better that's not too much more I'd probably go for that. What's the best place to source this part w/ the best price? So far I've found...
      YamahaPartsNation.com
      YahamaPartsPitStop.com
      BikeBandit.com
      RockyMountainATVmc.com
And last, I've watched a couple youtube vids on doing the boot swap and seems fairly simply. To change out the lower boot you have to remove the whole axle (jerk it out), take the top boot off, dismantle the top side, then replace the bottom boot from the opposite side. But when they go to put the axle back in I haven't seen anyone mention regreasing the splines of the axle before reinserting? Surely this is just something they've left out. What type of grease should be used here?
Any tips on doing this job much appreciated!
