I had the rear axle bearings disintegrate and now that I have the parts to put it back together but I'm having a hard time trying to find a service manual or any info on re-assembly. Does anyone have info on torque specs or maybe a link to the proper manual?

Anyone have a problem with the Polaris instrument cluster/speedometer frozen(part # 3280453) ? Mine is always showing R and slow now(see photo), Did it go bad or can you reset it or is something else the problem. It is on a 2004 Sportsman 500
It is a Nice Running 2017 Polaris Sportsman Utility Edition 4x4 ATV with only 1600 miles This Is Hunting Season these are Very Popular and Usable ATV's this machine has been up to date with Newer Battery and Oil Changed, The Tires are Factory and can use a updating soon, As for Lights, Brakes, Transmission are all in Excellent working Order.

Friday evening went riding, rode for a good hour or so everything was fine. I went to take a short ride to the restroom (less than 100 yds away) and all of the sudden everything flickered and then just died out. Accompanying the problem I noticed the killswitch completely locked up. Once daylight hit took the killswitch apart to find it had shorted out and melted the plastic inside. Has anyone else had anything similar to this and if so what did you do to fix the situation? I have a new killswitch on the way to replace the obvious problem but was wondering could there be a bigger issue at hand. We tested with a voltage meter to make sure everything was still getting power from the battery and as far as we could tell it was.
Any advice/info would be GREATLY appreciated.
Hey just picked up another scrambler 850 was told the tps was bad. This atv has been beet to hell. Wiring has been tinkered with the crankcase has been replaced recently and the motor rebuilt (can see horizontal scores thru spark plug hole where it’s just been honed out and rebuilt)
my guess is it was ragged out till the motor blew a rod and rebuilt but the clown that did it couldn’t get it to run again and sold it. When I bought it it would pulse and smoke black at idle and die with throttle.
New tps installed and it won’t run period. I went to celebrate it and I’m getting 5 volts on 2 of the 3 wires running to the tps. Is this normal and if so how should I celebrate it?
