  1. It was years ago, it was at the store where I bought the flashlight. I am sure you can find them online now. I have had this MAG light for at least 15 years now.
  2. That is overloaded by 400 pounds Not counting the trailer weight. That will damage the axle real quick. A single axle can only handle 3,300 pounds max. If I had to guess, I would say the trailer weight is around 800 - 1,000 pounds. (frame plus the deck) If you want to load a SxS and an ATV on it, you have to make it dual axle.
  3. I have one of those, changed the bulb to LED and it will light for an insane amount of hours.
  4. You want some tongue weight when loaded, otherwise the trailer will fishtail. What I mean is how the machines will be loaded on the trailer. That will determine where the axle should be. The trailer tongue weight is high now (empty) because the axle is so far back from the center point based on the picture you posted. Do you know the weight of the trailer empty?
  5. If your going to move the axle, you first want to figure out the arrangement of the two machines on the trailer so you know where the balance point is.
  6. That sucks, towing overloaded is dangerous and will hurt the vehicle.
  7. I will say "close enough" LOL!
  8. Old picture, date on it is from 2005. leggings must be for grip
  9. Triton makes aluminum trailers that are light and last. I have one I bought in 2007 and still good.
  10. Nothing wrong with that
  11. This is how I kicked off the new year. Five days off from work. 4 inches of fresh snow and sunshine. Nice legs, for a human.
  12. Common issue since the harness moves as you turn the handlebars. In the re-design of the Alterra the pod is now part of the front plastics and not attached to the handlebars. Next time you have plastics off, check the harness for rubbing spots. I use spiral wrap to protect it at potential rub areas. Thanks for reporting back on your situation.
  13. Actually the original owners bought it back so I am hopeful they bring the brand back to what it was. Nothing like sitting outside around a fire with a few drinks.
  14. Looking forward to a hopefully good year of riding and skiing. This is also the year I will be starting to step away from working.
  15. That is a new one to me
  16. My auto CVT has never let me down.
  17. Why January 11th?
  18. Merry Christmas
  19. Here is the diagram exported as a JPG. If you look at the orange wire coming off the IGN fuse, it splits off, so if you follow it it connects to the 4WD actuator, Front ACC plug, Neutral relay, foot brake switch, gauge pod, left handlebar controls including a small switch for the hand brake. Your front accessory plus is probably under the pod by the steering, it is a 2 pin connector, commonly used to add grip heaters and winch controls. I would disconnect all these things, put a new fuse in, start plugging stuff back in and wiggle each. If the fuse blows before this, then it is a harness issue, probably at that splice. (common issue with 200X Cats) If it holds then plugging in one item at a time should find it. (fuse will blow again)
