  1. OK, thanks for all the help...and you say they did have a problem with that? it just bolts in the frame on the back of motor.
  2. I will email you some pics of the quad. any certain angles or parts you need to see?
  3. Sunl 110...but the sunl 70 and 90 look exactly the same. In 30 min of riding the exhaust bolts (bolts to head) vibrate loose, the chain tension bolts loosen, and motor mount bolts loosen...and you can move the engine side to side by holding the head and push engine freely about 2 inches. Its the motor thats a replica honda. I have used locktite on all bolts and they vibrate out. I wish you could see how this thing shakes. My son cant go more then 200 without stopping cause of the vibration. I was gonna take chain off and start it to see if its the engine. I hope it the drive line,i could fix it. but my luck its something in the auto tranny. But as far as torque and power im very happy..that thing has all kinds of power and runs about 30mph. If it didnt shake the quad would be awesome.
  4. KIDSATV! the reason it falls off, It vibrates so bad you cant believe it. Do they all vibrate like that? If you pick the back up off the ground, and give it gas and the more you give it the more it vibrates. I shouldnt say vibrate. It SHAKES VERY BAD. Do you think its in the engine?
  5. OK...how about, Quads lets see them ladies!
  6. I can see it...serves him right...lmao!
  7. I bought a china quad, my son rode it for 30 min and the exhaust fell off...so i put it back on and anther 30 min later it fell off agian. So now its in the corner of the garage and bought a polaris 90, and it rocks!

  13. I like riding in southern ohio, Lots of hills and good trails. We have a national park we can ride in thats over 350 miles of trails in it. And several private parks with a 10.00 fee. summer temp from 80-90 degrees, Mostly dirt some clay and gravel, and a lot of woods riding.
  14. I live in columbus ohio and looking for new place and people to ride with. Anyone know of some good places to ride?
  15. OMG! It is awesome! My buddy has a stock banshee and mine has FMF gold series pipes and mufflers and carbs been jetted. And i smoked him...lol The banshee is a awesome adrenaline rush, the speed and power is incredable. Im 31 years old and have never felt anything like it. I recommend it to anyone that likes tons of power and speed.
  16. I just bought a very clean 03 Banshee! Now i have a warrior,300ex,grizzly and a banshee. Now my wife hates me!
  17. Here is a update...I bought a new carb, jetted it, and re timined it. And guess what? IT RUNS GREAT!
  18. Does this sound right? I moved the cam gear one link towards the back of the bike. And it starts easier and runs a whole lot better. Could that be because of the hot cam why I cant have it set to the factory timing marks?
  19. ok...I think i might have a timing problem. I also have a stage 1 hot cam. So do i still set the timing the same? its .50 over and hot cam. I just rebuilt te carb and started it, and its still doing the same thing.
  20. I have a warrior that i bored .50 over. and changed the cam chain. Well the problem is: 1. It cranks really hard with choke on,and will only start while cranking with choke on and quickly shut choke off while still cranking...then it fires. 2. When i rev it up a little it takes a while to come back to a idle. And dont idle well. 3. When it is idling, It makes some kind of flat sound and dies, Not a sputtering die, but a brupt sudden die. Almost like somthing in the engine catches and kills the engine. But not always....sometimes it will make that nosie and sounds like its gonna die but goes thru it. One time when i was cranking it the starter wires started smoking. I also changed the cam chain. My guess is a timing issue. I unscrewed the sight window on the fly wheel and put the "T" on the mark, and put the cam sprocket mark on the top notch on the head. The catching sound that sometimes kills it concerns me. Could it be the idle gear off the starter? Or could it be my starter messing up? I thought maybe a gear in tranny catching slightly, but i took chain off and watched the sprocket, that wasnt it.
  21. That is very helpful.
  22. Thanks for the pipe tip! and i also have a 300ex..fun quad to ride, I think im gonna teach my 12 year old daughter how to ride it. I hope its not to much for her.Them 300's have a good bit of torque.I enjoy riding cause it does willies so well.
