Do you have power at the fuel pump relay?...actually I see you posted that. I would start checking the wiring from the relay to the pump.

My guess is that its at the throttle body and something with the idle air control. Some have separate IAC motors, this looks like its all part of unit. I would also check for vacuum leaks.

If you jump the starter and it cranks, the batttery is probably good or ok to turn over. At that point, you may want to check wiring, starting at the ignition switch. My bet is you have a wiring issue or a bad or misaligned neutral safety switch. Is there a neutral light that comes on? Try holding the brake levers down when starting.

I’m with you on this, I like forests and public lands. A nice trail that’s scenic. I guess I’m getting older now.. used to like mud and going through water/snow for a more challenging ride.

Still using my snowsport ATV plow from 2009…We got nailed with almost a foot of snow in lower NY today!

Did you disconnect the choke cable at all or did this just start happening in its own? I would inspect the cable down to the carb as a start.

I actually just started using Mcdonalds McCafe regular roast and its pretty good. Got it at walmart.

I have actually, but I only buy ones with a high level of good reviews. I have found that on more than one occasion where I’ve had a part failure from something purchased on Amazon, I should have read the reviews!

An opportunity to revive a very old topic… I was about to start a new topic and found this one. I’m curious for those of you reading this and like coffee, what brand and type of coffee do you prefer? One of the gifts for Xmas was a coffee maker. Typical ninja with a warming plate. Use a paper filter or use the one that’s built in. We typically go with instant, Tasters Choice French Roast, we like it. I buy it online when CVS runs a special for $6.99 each. Otherwise we buy some grounds and use a percolator. Most recently it’s been Starbucks pike… something or another. Dunkin’ grounds are also good. I’ve never had luck or really enjoyed Folgers and Maxwell House, maybe I need to try again…

I’ve always stuck with Valvoline ATV Oil. You can get it at Walmart. I’m in NY and it typically gets pretty cold in January. As long as it specific oil for ATVs you should be ok.

I agree with @Mech sounds like maybe you have a battery issue. When you say kill switch, are you referring to the ignition key switch? If so, I would check into that a bit more since on/off you are getting power to the display. Also check your neutral safety switch. If not the battery, you probably have a bad/loose connection somewhere from the ignition switch to battery would be my guess.
