  1. Cool video, the quality is very good. Is that a gopro?
  2. I believe that's a Chinese ATV and they mostly have interchangeable parts based on size/CC. You can find a lot on Amazon. It may be difficult at first and you'll need to just match individual parts or look for a part that is similar and for a "Chinese" atv. What part(s) are you looking for? Pictures would help as well. Did you buy this new or used? If new, where did you buy it?
  3. Is the air filter clean? The carb may need to be adjusted but worst case, it’s consuming oil. Any difference if you adjust the choke?
  4. I also have a 2004 Grizzly 660, use it for plowing also. The fan circuit breaker is under the rear fender #8. Below is the link to the manual. To download it, you'll need to follow the guidelines posted here: https://www.quadcrazy.com/announcement/16-requirements-to-access-downloads-read-here/
  5. If that's a new carb, it shouldn't be doing that. Sounds like a carb float or jet issue. Electric fuel pumps are for fuel injection, you should have a mechanical fuel pump. Gas spraying out the carb sounds like its under pressure. If you have a 300, here's a good video illustrating a mechanical fuel pump and delivery.
  6. That's pretty cool. I had to look it up. Here's a video for anyone else like me that did not know this existed..
  7. Happy Birthday! I'll be 47 next week myself...👍 Congrats on the quad order. I'll have to show my wife...lol. I'd like to get the same deal!

  10. @Jerry Hebert does it look like the switch below? See https://www.vmcchineseparts.com/products/chinese-atv-handlebar-starter-switch-version-55-9-wire
  11. I think those are two types of chinese atvs, similar to Kazumas
  12. Take a look in the download section: https://www.quadcrazy.com/files/
  13. Maybe only newer models, not sure. According to the manual there is a neutral and reverse Here's the manual:
  14. My first thought is fuel pump but you mentioned you replaced that. Is that OE or aftermarket? Was it assembled? Sounds like a fuel pressure issue.
  15. I would probably replace both neutral safety switches to eliminate that. I believe there are two. see diagram #3 Should be part # 3GB-82540-01-00. Check Amazon and than look around online.
  16. Here's an exact same topic from 2020 by @Glen Hoerschgen Have you looked on ebay? https://www.ebay.com/p/1427959394
  17. There are a couple in the downloads section: Please read the requirements for access. It's either contribution/participation or a subscription to bypass posting requirements: https://www.quadcrazy.com/announcement/16-requirements-to-access-downloads-read-here/
  18. Is there a choke and have you messed with that? It sounds like a fuel problem to me. It starts but then dies out, right? Is there a fuel petcock valve that is in the wrong position possibly? Is this thing new or used?
  19. Time to get the plow back on. I'm still using my snowsport atv plow, not sure if they make them anymore.
  20. There is usually a plate that mounts under the quad. What type of plows are these? I have a 2004 grizzly 660.
  21. Does the light go off when you unplug it? The point of that is to not start it in gear, as it can be safety issue if you do start it in gear. I don't think it has an effect on drivability but because its a safety/neutral switch, I can't in good sense tell you its ok to leave it unplugged and use the atv. As an owner, its up to you what you do.
