2016 Yamaha Grizzly 700 Service Manual
  2. @Jerry Hebert does it look like the switch below? See https://www.vmcchineseparts.com/products/chinese-atv-handlebar-starter-switch-version-55-9-wire
  3. I think those are two types of chinese atvs, similar to Kazumas
  4. Take a look in the download section: https://www.quadcrazy.com/files/
  5. Maybe only newer models, not sure. According to the manual there is a neutral and reverse Here's the manual:
  6. My first thought is fuel pump but you mentioned you replaced that. Is that OE or aftermarket? Was it assembled? Sounds like a fuel pressure issue.
  7. I would probably replace both neutral safety switches to eliminate that. I believe there are two. see diagram #3 Should be part # 3GB-82540-01-00. Check Amazon and than look around online.
  8. Welcome to QC!
  9. Here's an exact same topic from 2020 by @Glen Hoerschgen Have you looked on ebay? https://www.ebay.com/p/1427959394
  10. Is there a VIN # anywhere on the frame?
  11. There are a couple in the downloads section: Please read the requirements for access. It's either contribution/participation or a subscription to bypass posting requirements: https://www.quadcrazy.com/announcement/16-requirements-to-access-downloads-read-here/
  12. Is there a choke and have you messed with that? It sounds like a fuel problem to me. It starts but then dies out, right? Is there a fuel petcock valve that is in the wrong position possibly? Is this thing new or used?
  13. Time to get the plow back on. I'm still using my snowsport atv plow, not sure if they make them anymore.
  14. There is usually a plate that mounts under the quad. What type of plows are these? I have a 2004 grizzly 660.
  15. Does the light go off when you unplug it? The point of that is to not start it in gear, as it can be safety issue if you do start it in gear. I don't think it has an effect on drivability but because its a safety/neutral switch, I can't in good sense tell you its ok to leave it unplugged and use the atv. As an owner, its up to you what you do.
  16. So it stays on even when in gear? Does happen in all gears where it stays on? If so, sounds like a bad switch. Try unplugging it. To eliminate the possibility of a bad switch, I would probably just replace it as its cheap enough. You can get these on Amazon like:
  17. Merry Christmas everyone!
  18. I think the ATV specific oils can out later in the 90s. Just make sure its 10w40. I would probably use a 10w40 oil like Valvoline 4-Stroke 10W40 ATV Oil or similar. Walmart carries it
  19. Is this a 1987 or 1997? I know they made the LT80 quadsport in 1997 but not sure about 1987. Topic moved to Suzuki ATV forum.

  21. Welcome to QUADCRAZY! That's quite a collection you have there. We do have an ATC forum if you are interested in reading some older topics: https://www.quadcrazy.com/atvforum/11-atc-3-wheeler-forum/
  22. Look for a vacuum leak or misadjusted throttle cable.
  23. I typically look at partzilla, bikebandit and amazon. Depends on what you are looking for.
  24. Should be fine as long as the trickle charger has a fully charged stop feature, so you don't overcharge the battery. The chargers in the first post are all designed to be plugged in and to "maintain" your battery.
