Just the tappets loose. Adjust them to see if noise goes away. If it doesn't the tappet adjuster may be worn on the end. Take it out to check. Cheers. Jeff

A good trick for tight screws and also bolts is to give them a good sharp tap with a hammer and punch. This loosens the thread especially in aluminium. Cheers.
