    Sounds like alternator, sorry about your bad luck! We get ours rewound here. Not sure who you could get to fix yours?? Cheers

    Unplug wires from alternator and start engine. test voltage out of each yellow wire-to ground- 60 volts minimum. yes. turn engine off and check each yellow wire to ground with ohm meter. Should be no continuity to ground. no reading in ohms??

    OUCH! Can U unplug yellow wires to stator and check with ohmeter? Is there power to earth down through stator?? Cheers.

    Good mooooooooooooornin!! Had A GR8 Ride on some Hill trails Yesterday. 9 of us old Hardcore guys tackled the Sharland trails at the back of my home town, Nelson NZ. We had a Blast tearing up a gravel road, then back down some whoops and easy jumps to the valley floor again racing through trees and river beds as we went. What Fun:biggrin:
