Just curious if anyone is making their home "smart" in terms of plugs, outlets, switches, cameras, alexa, google, etc. I've got a few things going and just installed some smart switches. I'm pretty happy with the overall setup and got everything on amazon. Here' what I have:
Indoor and Outdoor Zmodo camera pack $75. Bought 2 of these and run them through the meshare or zmodo app. I want to get teh NVR setup and find that these cameras work pretty well.
Zmodo Greet Pro Video Doorbell $165
TP-Link 3 Dimmer Switch pack $99.99 when on sale controlled through Kasa App
TP-Link 3 smart switch pack $79.99 when on sale controlled through Kasa App
TP-Link smart bulb x2 for $20 each
TP-Link smart plug $17
Nest e learning thermostats 2 of them $169 each but got them on black friday for $120, have to use nest app
Amazon echo dot 2nd generation, 2 of these.
I also have a couple of fire tv sticks 4k
I also have an apple tv and a chromecast I don't use.
ARCTIC CAT BRANDED SIDE-BY-SIDES AND ATVS ARE COMING BACK
Passion can change people. Change minds. And in the end, it can take us back to where our family has been all along. Because Arctic Cat fans and powersports enthusiasts demanded it, the Arctic Cat® name will be returning to ATVs and Side-by-Sides in 2019.
With a legacy of innovation, performance and fun, our legendary lineup of ATVs, side-by-sides and snowmobiles are built to take you anywhere you want to go — from carving up mountain snow on a Mountain Cat Alpha One in British Columbia, to flying over the dunes in Glamis in a Wildcat™ XX. And these high-performance vehicles are still made proudly in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.

Hello All, Finally got around to messing with quad. I found bad grounds & faulty coil. Ordered new today. Stole coil from other quad and made spark......woohooo....👍🏻. Well I temp installed new coil and made spark. Figured I would pour little gas in carb to see if it fires. No fire ..tried a little starting fluid just to see if it would fire. No fire.. well if I have spark, add clean fuel but No fire or booms from quad what’s so ever. Any suggestions..

I have a 2005 Arctic Cat 500 with a susuki motor, 2500 hours. I was riding it yesterday, came out this morning, will turn over but no start. I have spark and fuel. Took carb off and cleaned it. Back firing out of exhaust and air intake. Not sure how one day it runs but 12 hours later it won't. Just need some pointers on where to look.
in this thread, I want to discuss how 4-cycle atv engines work- what the different types are... how they are set up and which you prefer. To start off, are the cams on ALL atv 4-strokes powered by a cam chain? I know that on say a lawn mower or logsplitter engine, the cam is turned by the tappet, pushrods, and valve rockers. Which is better and why? Chain-driven cams or pushrod-driven cams? Are the pushrods just an old version and everything is transforming to chains or the other way around...or not at all? Just looking for some explanation, history, and downsides/upsides...
