It's time to replace the shocks and struts.  Looking for some stiffer springs than the OEM as I use this for farm work and I put heavy loads on the rear and haul small trailers frequently.  I've seen a couple aftermarket offerings that say they're 10% or so heavier duty.  Any other options for something a little stronger / stiffer?  Thanks.

my 500 has stiff aftermarket shocks on the rear that I wish weren't soo stiff- did sit down when I loaded it up with firewood tho.. maybe trade?:biglaugh:  jk I might can check to see what make they are, maybe you would consider buying something similar...

thank you for the replies, those look much better than how mine sits, or rather sags, now.  I figured I might as well replace the struts too while I am replacing the springs, do you use OEM ones from polaris or something aftermarket?  Any kind of spring/strut package available?  This is a work buggy, so the stiffer the better I think for me.  Not looking for go fast handling enhancements or anything.  Thanks.

      Hello there
I'm having a problem finding a quality carburetor for a 1993 Suzuki Quad Runner lt-f 250 2x4. I find a lot that have 3-4 star ratings. And all so far don't have the right throttle Cable inlet at the top. The last one I got 4 star on Amazon has a threaded cable sheath rest that could be partially drilled to work. I would prefer to get one I don't have to modify. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

I am trying to diagnose a no spark issue with my 02 Big Bear 400 and I am really hoping it is not a CDI.  I have done the test on the stator and I believe that is faulty.  I ordered a new aftermarket one from a the jungle website and it tested bad right out of the box so I am waiting for a different one to arrive from an ATV parts supplier.  I started looking out of curiosity at CDI units and it seems if it is for a big bear you are SOL.  Kodiaks, no problem.  Big Bear. No such luck.

As the title says I am on the search for a used OEM 1995 King Quad Carb. I believe it says Mikuni on the side. If you could even help me find info on which carb it is exactly that would be helpful too, or motorcycles/other quads that use the same carb. Thanks!

      Hi everyone,
I often work on both ATVs and larger construction equipment, and I’m always on the hunt for solid OEM manuals—service, repair, and parts. The usual searches give a lot of random PDFs or unofficial scans that aren’t very trustworthy.
What online sources do you all use when you need a factory manual quickly? Are there sites you’ve found that consistently provide genuine OEM content for ATVs or heavy machinery?
I recently came across Heavy Equipment Manual, which claims to provide verified OEM service and parts manuals (covering brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Kubota, etc.). Has anyone here tried it, or do you have other go-to resources you’d recommend?
I’m interested in options that are:
      ·        Fast to download
      ·        Cover both heavy equipment and ATV models
      ·        Clear on licensing and safety
Thanks for sharing your experiences and any recommendations!
