Have any of you fine folks used coil spring spacers to lift an ATV? Ole 93 Kodiak could use a smidge more lift and they are cheap enough. Might ride rough but that's ok cuz the shocks are toast anyway.

Thoughts?

They do. I have two kits for my Hondas and they look so so.  Im waiting on tires and rims for them and plan on putting them in. If the plates give me any sh** I'm fabricating new ones at work.

Which ones you looking at for the springs, twist in or the expansion type?

Man, you're braver than me if you use those adjustable spacers like that.  I've seen those pop out on a car.  I was looking at a milled aluminum spacer like you use on a late model Chevy truck.  There are several companies that make them and they're pretty cheap. Just compress the spring, pop the top off the shock, insert spacer.

I just bought a 1984 Suzuki LT185 ATV and am looking for the OWNER’S manual. ( not a service manual)
I contacted Suzuki Canada but they have no paper or digital copies in their archives.
Does anyone possibly have a digital copy they’d be willing to share?

      Good day everyone!
I am pretty new to ATV/UTV/Small engine repairs and would like input on your absolute must-have specialty tools for maintenance and repairs. Aside from the obvious wrenches and sockets, what are some more specialty type tools you use for troubleshooting? I don't plan to open a repair shop or anything, I just do this as a hobby. Looking forward to your responses!
