What performance mods can i do to my China quad

I recently got a 250cc utility atv but it's way to slow. What performsnce mods can be done to it? It is the same as the loncin 250 desert storm but had some other chinese name

That's a good question! Ive personally never seen much with regard to upgrades on the China atvs other then improved ignition coils, cdi boxes, colored chains and graphics.

Probably not a lot you can do for power since those are weird hybrid honda knockoffs usually. Lot of proprietary stuff. Maybe you can change the clutch springs or add a shim to lower the gear ratio a bit?

I have had a few 150 Etons. They are still running and parts are available online. They are not fast and only 2 wheel drive but they get me (78 yrs old) thru the woods (on trails).

I have a friend that has the same atv. He keeps it running tip top. So far its still running strong.

 you can always update your sprockets and go bigger
