First Job...HELP!

Just got a job working in the gameroom at a theatre..sounded hectic and confusing but I need a job so bad so I said yes..because i cant get a atv till i get a job..so of course you see why I had to say yes..anyone know what im in for with these crazy kids?

i wish..its just a gameroom at the amc theatre..ive never been in one but im pretty sure its just air hocket and games like that >.>..and im only working on friday-sunday so..busiest times so i wont be able to do any of the games lol..the whole time i will be thinking..kfx450..kfx450...kfx450

You will do just fine. Stay focused on the new ATV you want to get. Also keep your eyes and ears open for another job, maybe in something that you like. Good Luck, have fun with it.

Thats the only way to look at it :aargh: But im way too lazy to go find another job..+ they all pay the same so wut the hell..atleast i can see free movies here..tbh i was just gonna give up on a job and boom..i get a call..my parents still trying to play off the whole atv thing..they told me to make good grades and get ajob..well summers here and i did both but there not holding up there end of the bargain..

Dude.....:nopityc: You havent even Started yet:laugh: How in the hell are you going to EXPECT them to Hold up to their end when you havent even Started yet???? How are they gonna know that you will KEEP the job???

Here is a Secrete....Your 18.....Your Legally able to Have Credit....Why dont you go down and Apply for a Kawi Card and get it yourself....You will for sure Show your parents your serious then....YOUR AN ADULT!!!! I see what you mean..but thats not their reason..and i wouldn't have said that had I known the forum said I was 18 lol..Im 17 turning 18 in december :aargh: can only wait and see.

And for the record I am working for it im paying for the atv all by myself..but since I am 17 i need them to get me a loan or co sign

Thanks..and for everyone elses responses..good advice..

and a quick question..anyone know how they administer drug tests? Im pretty sure piss but..are they gonna have someone staring at my package while i do it..if so i will be standing there for hours

No one will be lookin:laugh: Just remember to drink lots of water before you go in....That way you will not have a problem Going......I do this on a Regular Basis with my work....Its random.....Sometimes they get me right after I go....Then I have to drink Water Non Stop to go again....It sucks but it has to be done.....just follow their instructions and you will be fine....That is....Unless your Dirty!!!!:no:

I have a question for you older posters that have dealed with loans and stuff like that..my parents claim they cannot get a loan for my atv because they have like 3 already..1 being our old house were trying to sell..is it true the bank wouldn't give them another loan or let them even co sign for my atv? they have really good credit and never missed payments

Depends on what bank they have. 2nd home loan can be a killer. Chances are some one will give them/you another loan.

wowzers good luck with that. you'll do fine with the job.....you could be doing something far worse like cleaning out cow/horse stalls at the local farm...

would you rather be scoopin poo or watchin kids play games? :)

I would rather be scoopin poo at horse stalls instead of watching kids play games..and i am not lying..since i was a kid ive always loved horses..had 1 before too..and I would much rather physical labour

Theres no horses or stables around here..no farms nothing..its all jobs like this..summers already started and all the landscaping businesses are full :aargh: i wish finding a job i wanted was that easy but its summer and every teen in the state is looking :frown: But w/e just gonna make the best of it..money is money and your never going to always have a job you love..+ if it means me getting my precious kfx then it will be well worth it!

Went check out my precious kfx450 today..for the first time seeing it in person...its SOOO much smaller than i thought..spec wise youd think it was the same it just feels and sits smaller than the yfz..doesnt bother me enuff to not buy it tho!

GREATS NEWS :elvis::wink::yes::aargh: SOO EXCITED parents just got an offer on our old house..WHICH MEANS if the people accept the counter offer..I GET A KFX450 Ooh im about to *bad word* MY PANTS..the level of excitement right now is through the roof cant even explain it..feel like runnin down the street and hugging everyone (no ho**) :aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh::laugh:

bahah, i LOVE my handguards.....but the ones you're talking about, I call them my elephant ears...they come off, we just have them zip-tied over the handguards...helps keep the mud out of my grips...

When I got my ATV it was fun for about 2 years till I ran out all I could out of it. so far It's been sittin at my uncles shed. Hiddening behide his BIG dump truck, BIG tractor, bobcat, 2 trailers, his 3 ATV's, and some pipes all in the BIG shed lol. It even has a walkin cooler for meat, since deer season comes around he processes deer's, cow's, hog's, and whatever he wants.

I will love it and cherish it and clean it everyday..I was satisfied with my friends blasters speed..so for a few months..im keepin it stock..i heard there fast stock also so that will be awsome..but as soon as I start to get tired of it..Programmer, intake, full exhaust, new tires, nerfs, eventually a-arms and axle, new seat, graphics, take off fenders, beadlocks, steering dampener..ooh the possibilities..

      1995 Kawasaki KLF220 electric starter not working

      I've got a 1995 220 Bayou and the electric start does not work.  When I got it the machine was pretty rough but I was told it ran less than a year ago.  The key switch had been cut off and wires  twisted after the key was lost.  I bought a new ignition switch and repaired the wiring and it is working correctly.  It is in neutral and the neutral light is on when the key is turned on but I get nothing when pressing the start button.  I verified there is no voltage going to the starter from the solenoid.  The fuse in the solenoid is good.  Something I found that is odd is that I get positive voltage(12 volts) to the brown, black, and white wires that run into the solenoid when the key is on.  That doesn't make sense to me but I could be wrong.  I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you in advance.

      I bought this from a buddy to plow snow up in the North Eastern Washington- its been getting oil in the water and I've been changing the oil often and adding collant as necessary-
      I've taken the stator cover off and I'm looking at the Oil Seal and water pump seal and they look good- Although I've ordered a factory oil Seal I'm looking at putting it in this afternoon-
      I don't have the factory service manual- am I suppose to Add RTV to the Stator cover Gasket? I've seen some folks suggest grease other suggest RTV?

      Any suggestions here- I'm trying to reassemble it tonight- I looked at downloading the manual but need to get up to 10 posts firsts it looks like-

      I appreciate any suggestions- normally I'm a jeep and honda dirt bike guy- but  I got a good deal on the quad and a plow so I went for it
      Its got a bit over 3K and runs pretty good- but I've had her tore apart for 3 weeks to figure out the oil in the coolant issue.

      Ok guys, I am a glutton for punishment! I picked up this 01 2wd Rancher because the plastics looked good on the marketplace. It has been sitting in the guys back yard for 10 years. The original engine blew and they swapped in an electric shift 4x4 engine. 😒The engine is locked up and was full of water. The wiring is hacked where they tried to get it to run and the rear end needs new swingarm bearings where they left it laying on the ground in the woods for 10 years. Has anyone here ever did the engine swap? First thing is to straighten out the wiring and get the engine free to see if I can get it to crank over. I have swingarm bearings ordered and a new ignition switch. So hopefully I can at least roll it around soon. 🤣

      My friends KQ 300 starts fine and runs, as soon as you put it in gear and try to accelerate its bucks and farts like crazy, not moving... I cleaned carb and it worked good for 1 day... now back to same problem.... could it be such as a bent valve????
