2023 Polaris Sportsman 850 Known Issues with them ?

My new 2023 Polaris Sportsman 850 is in the shop for a pinched Wiring Harness from the factory... 

I did one ride on it (100kms), then to the shop for a month, waiting for them to replace it with a new one.

Like any new bike something could go wrong, manufacturing is not what it used to be ,as to problems it's a bit to soon to know yet . keep us posted as any new problems arise so we can get the word out for others who might have that same machine. Enjoy riding

I do know that they've put a lot of effort into improving the XP platform after the redesign. Updated front diff, as the old ones used to break the covers off. More frame bracing, as the older XP's used to crack the frame at the A-arm mount points. 

As far as I know though the only problems I hear of these days are still faulty relays and circuit breakers, but I also don't know a lot of people with the refreshed XP's

So my bike is just at the end of its break in period (2024 model) I noticed the bushings for the rear sway bar are already loose and making some noise. The steering has slop in it, (noticed it from the very first ride) and there looks to be cracks in the lower block near the dip stick. Not sure if I just got a melon but was wondering if anybody else has had any of these issues.

Im sorry to hear that i would have thought Polaris would have better quality controls than that.
