Gooood morning Cow Bayou! Louisiana  ..Bon Reveil!  & ...Allons!  Great Biking state with a lot of fall Biking. However, unbelievable ATV areas.

I want to go back with my ATV...THey have helmet Laws!...I always wear PP devices.  My French is so so

Goood Morning Guatemala.... I stayed at a condo complex Compound.   Very nice area.    Took a trip back in the jungle to the Mayan ruins it was a 6 hour drive...Got stopped 10 times by police checking our car.  We had a security guy for driver.  It was beautiful....Hot Humid. but stayed at a resort one night swam in lake there....That's another story OMG

  Nobody entered the compound unless they had credentials or reason to be there. It had security guys who were great (handsome) and went with me to a nightclub one night. The security guys were kind of Camera shy but I got one picture of them.  The locals were super friendly and kind.  Great people.

Goood Morning Cayman Islands...Wow the Night life on the Grand Cayman's is fast.  Then sleep on the beach t get ready for the night.   Check out the sting rays and turtles. seven mile beach  !

Gud Mawning  Montego Bay, Jamaica...That is the only Patma I am good at.. Montego bay area is beautiful.. Took a Taxi ride tour of Island. Beautiful,  very  embryonic but quaint area and people.  All very hospitable and laid back. Taxi driver and I drank beer all afternoon.  He also had some Mary Jo...I don't do drugs except alcohol..LOL

Delayed departure as I picked up a local service call ( some body found out I was here...LOL $$$)   I went bike riding with some locals I met .   I do not drink local water and I am cautious about strange foods even in the USA. I have had Moctezuma's Revenge before.   Although I could aford to lose a few pounds.

Like I said I don't do indigenous delicacies ....The water is the main culprit.   However, When I went to the job they wanted me to do it was on a Friday.  The women brought in something like fried  chicken and rice for their menfolk and ME ( I felt so humble that they would do that) for  lunch.   I ate it as I did not want to offend them.   

The workers smoke Mary Jo and keep on working...Damn!   I had some Black Rum when i got back to the Hotel.

Gooodd Moorning Autum ...wow 53 F this morning.  The corn tassels are browning; the Sycamore and the Black Walnut tree are already giving up their green chlorophyl color.  Pumpkins are for sale at the roadside markets....The Summer daylight is waning. But alas, plans for fall outings and hunting are afoot.  Fall excitement is coming.

For me as well as many, it's the end the summer hiatus.   I go back to $erious work. Catch up on my reading (love reading on cold evenings) 

Summer has ended, "Not with a Bang, but a Whimper." (T.S. Eliot, The Hollow Men").

Yeah here in Wyoming it's been cool for almost a week. It hits upper 90's for a few days every summer. During the day I don't mind the heat (20yrs in FL) but hard to sleep on those hot nights. Lots of residents here don't have air conditioning and I'm one of them. In Florida I didn't have good heat and we had some cold winter nights

Sooo...The TV newsman asked the Seattle guy what he was going to do this summer.

THe guy replied,"If it comes during the weekend I'll go to the beach."

      Hi everyone and thanks for reading. 
      My husband and me are getting ready to host the 2nd Quad Runners event at our nudist campground. The first one (last year) went pretty well with about 20 quads attending and have to say, it was a smaller group, but they made up for their size with the large interest in partying and there was plenty of nudity as the Saturday night went on. 
      We have decided to host another one this summer, but we are looking for some fun (but safe) riding events. Our grounds are almost all flat and remember we are a nudist campground so many of us are bare as* naked so "slow ride" events would be the best. 
      Give us your thoughts and ideas and feel free to ask us anything you would like, and we will answer right here in the thread. 
      Thanks for your help and ride safe. 
      BTW, let us know what "anything goes" means for this thread section.

      Good morning all, I have a question

      I own a few older quads mix of kinds a couple of  Yamahas, a Honda, can-am  a Kawasaki, they are older quads but in good shape the question of the day is....... what's the best way to polish up the plastic?
       I have found that Dollar General mold remover is good to get the black stuff off the plastic works good, but was wondering how you polish up the plastics on yours.

      SSRT Chicken BBQ Event

      Snow Shoe Rails to Trails held their annual chicken BBQ event. Food sold out in one hour! (400 dinners) They had a drive through option for those who were not riding.  Weather was warm, but cooled off decently at night. Was good to finally get out camping and riding.

      SSRT Pig Roast Event

      Another great weekend at Snow Shoe Rails to Trails for their annual pig roast. Thursday and Friday nights were quite cool at night. We run a buddy heater in the tent to keep warm. One of our members brought a drone and was able to get some cool video. Ill have to put it together and upload it to Youtube. They were sold out of food by 2:15pm. Trailhead was packed and they had to use two overflow areas for parking. I took a few snapshots from the drone video. One is a railroad viaduct that a few years ago we were able to cross it on our quads. It has been closed for a few years now.
