I live up in Northwest Washington. I ride a 2006 Kawasaki KFX400. So far, it's got HMF Sport Series exhaust, ITP Holeshot GNCC tires, Regina chain, K&N air filter, DynoJet stage 2 jet kit, Wiseco 440cc big bore kit, and nerf bars that I can't remember the brand of at the moment. I don't have a lot of riding experience and I really wasn't planning on buying a quad before this, but the deal was too good to pass up. It was built up the way it is when I got it plus it included all the stock pieces, as well. here's a few pics

Welcome to QC, what part of Washington are you in, I am in Bonney Lake, which if you don't already know is somewhat close to the Puyallup/Tacoma area. I noticed you have stock tires on in the pics, have you tried the Holeshots yet? I run the GNCC's too, I love them, I will probably buy them again when it is time for new tires.

I live WAAAAAAY up northwest in Everson (I can see into canada if i stand on my roof). The pics don't show the exhaust or the tires. They're actually pics that I stole off of the previous owner's facebook profile and were taken with the bore and air filter only. Tires and exhaust are both very recently replaced.

That's near Lynden isn't it?

having an issue with the unit when running under a load up a hill or in high gear, seems like the belt is slipping, there is a clapping sound coming from the primary clutch like it releases and snaps back in. i don't think I should have a noise like that. this is a friends unit and he has already replaced the primary twice with the same result.
not sure where to look next

Hello, im looking for some input on this situation i have. My 94 Mojave has no spark, and i have no idea what it is. Ive replaced/tested the magneto, the pickup coil, cdi, the ignition coil. Even the key and Killswitch. I haven't tested the harness its self, but i have tried another harness and still nothing. The only thing i can think of is the fly wheel itself. I have found a lot of metal shavings in the fly wheel and have cleaned it the best I could. But nothing happened afterwards. I am truly stumped here and hoping some of yous could shed some knowledge/ideas that could help get this thing to fire.

      Hey I have a 1997 big bear 350 4x4
I replaced the shifter shaft and the shift arm linkage and the rod when I installed them all I was unaware that you had to line the dot on the shifter shaft with the gap on the linkage arm gap put it all back  together and rode it I can't get it to shift in the right gears  I can move the shift cam by hand and goes in different gears but with the shifter shaft in it riding I can't put it in R or N
Anyone know how to line up the shifter shaft and the shift cam s

      Hi guys
My 87 Bear 350 won't start and could use a hand.
Turn key on and Oil light turns on and then slowly fades out. (I think this is key to this) No start, not even a tick.
      battery and connections good
A Solenoid post jump turns it over
Neutral Safety Switch wire attached and seems good
It has not had a wire/switch on Rear Brake Pedal ever since I had it.
Any thoughts on some other things to troubleshoot this??
