When you occasionally have a really bad day, and you just need to take

it out on someone, don't take it out on someone you know, take it

out on someone you don't know.

I was sitting at my desk when I remembered a phone call I'd

forgotten to make. I found the number and dialed it. A man answered, saying

"Hello."

I politely said, "This is Chris. Could I please speak with Robyn

Carter?"

Suddenly a manic voice yelled out in my ear "Get the right f***ing

number!" and the phone was slammed down on me.

I couldn't believe that anyone could be so rude.

When I tracked down Robyn's correct number to call her, I found

that I had accidentally transposed the last two digits. After hanging up

with her, I decided to call the 'wrong' number again.

When the same guy answered the phone, I yelled "You're an as*****!"

and hung up. I wrote his number down with the word 'as*****' next to

it, and put it in my desk drawer. Every couple of weeks, when

I was paying bills or had a really bad day, I'd call him up and yell, "You're

an as*****!"

It always cheered me up.

When Caller ID was introduced, I thought my therapeutic 'as*****'

calling would have to stop. So, I called his number and said, "Hi,

this is John Smith from the telephone company. I'm calling to see if

you're familiar with our Caller ID Program?"

He yelled "NO!" and slammed down the phone.

I quickly called him back and said, "That's because you're an

as*****!" and hung up.

One day I was at the store, getting ready to pull into a parking

spot. Some guy in a black BMW cut me off and pulled into the spot I had

patiently waited for. I hit the horn and yelled that I'd been

waiting for that spot, but the idiot ignored me. I noticed a "For Sale"

sign in his back window, so I wrote down his number.

A couple of days later, right after calling the first as***** (I

had his number on speed dial) I thought that I'd better call the BMW

as*****, too.

I said, "Is this the man with the black BMW for sale?"

He said, "Yes, it is."

I asked, "Can you tell me where I can see it?"

He said, "Yes, I live at 34 Oak tree Blvd, in Fairfax. It's a

yellow rambler, and the car's parked right out in front."

I asked, "What's your name?"

He said, "My name is Don Hansen."

I asked, "When's a good time to catch you, Don?"

He said, "I'm home every evening after five."

I said, "Listen, Don, can I tell you something?"

He said, "Yes?"

I said, "Don, you're an as*****!"

Then I hung up, and added his number to my speed dial, too .

Now, when I had a problem, I had two as****** to call.

Then I came up with an idea. I called as***** #1.

He said, "Hello."

I said, "You're an as*****" (but I didn't hang up.) He asked, "Are

you still there?"

I said, "Yeah."

He screamed, "Stop calling me." I said, "Make me.

He asked, "Who are you?"

I said, "My name is Don Hansen."

He said, "Yeah? Where do you live?"

I said, "As*****, I live at 34 Oak tree Blvd, in Fairfax, a yellow

rambler, I have a black Beamer parked in front."

He said, "I'm coming over right now, Don. And you had better start

saying your prayers."

I said, "Yeah, like I'm really scared, as*****," and hung up.

Then I called As***** #2. He said, "Hello?"

I said, "Hello, as*****."

He yelled, "If I ever find out who you are..."

I said, "You'll what?"

He exclaimed, "I'll kick your as*."

I answered, "Well, as*****, here's your chance. I'm coming over

right now."

Then I hung up and immediately called the police, saying that I

lived at 34 Oak tree Blvd, in Fairfax, and that I was on my way over there

to kill my gay lover. Then I called Channel 9 News about the gang war going

down in Oak tree Blvd in Fairfax.

I quickly got into my car and headed over to Fairfax. I got there

just in time to watch two as****** beating the crap out of each other in

front of six cop cars, surrounded by a news crew and an overhead

news helicopter.

NOW I feel much better.

Anger management really does work.

So now this "new to me" Kowhockey has ANOTHER problem. Replacing the rectifier cured the charging problem, rode around for a while, Yahoo!.. but this morning it wouldn't start, hmm 🤔 checking for spark, nuttin.. CDI igniter module bad. It's not the coil because when the key is turned off the spark knocks me down. Glad I got this old quad cheap because I'm replacing lots of electrical parts. Also found 3 blown fuses in the toolkit. 😭

Hello everyone.  This is a Go Cart and not a typical "ATV" but it has an engine so I'm hoping someone can help me.  It's a Helix FTX with a Manco 150cc engine.  The engine will start and idle for awhile, but will not take even a small touch of throttle.  Stalls.  It seems to take throttle and rev up when you first start it cold, but in just a minute, it will not take any throttle.  I've replaced the Fuel valve/Pump on the fuel tank with no joy.  It's a nice little cart, but without a workable engine, it's a boat anchor.  I'm not dumb when it comes to small engines, but this one has me stumped.  I'm running out of options.
I'll mention that while it is idling, it will sort of "cough" every 6 or 8 seconds and then recover and idle again.  Eventually one of those "coughs" causes it to stall.  It will start back up pretty easily, but as I said, it absolutely will not take any throttle and then it will cough and stall a minute later.  I thought it could be timing, but there is no "adjustment" for timing on this engine.  I downloaded the user manual and it mentions nothing about timing and is pretty much useless as a service guide.  It just shows the basics.  I'm attaching the manual so you can get an idea of the machine I'm dealing with.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
      Kind regards,
      Don

I've had this for probably 15 years. It ran great till 4-5 years ago, mainly riding the grandkids around our fields, till it wouldn't start. It sat for a couple of years till I bought a new battery, but couldn't get it to even hit, so rebuilt the carb, put on a new fuel pump, but no go, so it's sat. Several days ago, charged battery, cranked over and it started??? OK, idles good, but won't rev up, so emptied gas tank, flushed out and filled w/good 93 octane, pulled pump line from carb and have good full line of fuel cranking over. New spark plug, good spark, old one black BAD! Oil change, adjusted valves, no difference. Pulled carb and took apart and cleaned, didn't find any clogs or crusted up inside. Now I've had the carb back off probably 6 times checking, double checking anything I can think of. No gas blowing back in air box. It idles good, can increase throttle up some then starts popping and dropping rpms off and if I don't let off the throttle, it'll die. I've read for 3 days now MECHs and RANDY walking several thru tracing the same problem, tried MOST of the direction given. ???
