Was there a little grove with a cir-clip on the axle you removed? If that is the case I usually push the axle all the way in then give it a good yank out. You have to compress the clip to free the axle.

I know with the Arctic Cats if you get one side out you can see the other axle and use a punch and tap the opposite axle out.

It's not to bad at all It's the things like getting the exhuast to slip off from the front pipe I had a problem getting 1 front axle too pull out of the diff. On my old quad the axles came out with no trouble today. It's just alot of parts and you have to remember I pulled stuff off that doesn't need to come off if I didn't want to paint the frame. I'm pulling everything off my old quad for the extra parts since the frame is no good.

I just bought a 1984 Suzuki LT185 ATV and am looking for the OWNER’S manual. ( not a service manual)
I contacted Suzuki Canada but they have no paper or digital copies in their archives.
Does anyone possibly have a digital copy they’d be willing to share?

I recently noticed my Fourtrax 2WD has 4WD wheels installed on the front.  The back spacing is significantly different than 2WD wheels and they are almost touching the strut springs and the tires actually do touch the springs..   So far, no luck locating 2WD wheels to correct this issue.
