Got this Lock and Ride box from THEATVSUPERSTORE. Its awesome, easy to install, and solves the problem of lack of storage on my touring when riding with a passenger. Worth every penny, can't wait to go riding with this bad boy!

Even my son loves it already!

Just waiting on my GURU Bumpers to be fabricated and my ride will be ready for the 2012 riding season!

Pricey, but looks nice. Brake light gets wired in? It's not a built in cooler is it?

Brake lights have a quick disconnect to take the box off and leave the wiring behind. Got that wired in today. Very nice.

No integrated cooler but its got enough space to stash 4 soft sided coolers in here with no problems. That's way more than enough for a day of riding.

So far I have 2.5 gallons of fuel, compressor, rain gear, 2 coolers, blanket, bottle jack, collapsible tire iron, batteries, and a 12 volt charger wired to charge my camera, or phone while I'm riding and still have more space. I'm going to have to stuff another blanket in there to stop stuff from moving around while I'm riding.

Just aquired this Honda 4514. I had heard of them and seen them but had never really looked at one. Amazing machine from the 90s.
It has a 14 HP inline 2 cylinder engine. A cute little fan like the old school cars had and a little radiator. It has a timing belt on the back of the engine running the cam and a water pump. Just like a miniature car engine with  electronic clutches to turn blades on and off. Pretty hight tech for the 90s not a small thing and built like a tank weighs in at 600 pds hydrostatic trans. I have found out that almost anything you have to do to it the engine has to come out starter timing belt water pump. Very expensive parts i think most got junked for that reason, i did find out they were built by John Deere except for the honda engine.
Does anyone here have any expierience with these.

I have a rancher 420 TM that since i bought it has a cold hard shift problem beyond a doubt clutch is not releasing by shift lever. After it gets good and hot it shifts ok. Tried preloading adjustment screw clutch releases and shifts smooth but slips. Have had the clutch out and apart twice for inspection and didnt see anything wrong. Any tips will be appreciated. I've ran out of things to try instead of throwing new parts at it.

Bought the project a few weeks ago with weak and intermittent spark. I could smack the CDI box with a screwdriver and it would work fine for a few days. Now, the smack trick is not working and machine is running awful with the weak spark and will most often not fire enough to turn the engine over through combustion (cranks very good). I ordered the GY6 CDI to see if I can get it going again as these CDI boxes are way too expensive even used. battery is fully charged and charging very good.

Wondering if anyone knows how the GY6 (6-pin AC) CDI would wire to this machine. Attached is the electrical diagram. My confusion is with the green and orange wires sharing the 2-pin connector and the Blk/Red wire that runs to the magneto solo. How would I get AC power to the CDI through pin 1 on the GY6 when the CDI has two wires to the pickup-myabe just try one (orange then green) at a time?
