Do any have any experience replacing 2001 Big Bear 400 Front Differential Input Shaft bearing and seal. Getting ready to buy one but the seal and bearing are bad. Any help would be appreciated.

Been working on this teardown for a while. Special tools are needed in a few key areas such as Flywheel puller, Crankshaft 52mm wrench, wet clutch puller, etc.
I'm trying to get the wet clutch off now, and a few videos out there show it sliding right off.
Mine isn't that easy.
I measured the clutch's female threads and determined the puller spec needs to be 37mm x 1.5 LH Male.
Anyone come across identical pullers from another mfg?
The Suzuki tool is tough to track down and expensive for basically a slide hammer-type puller.
Just need to figure out anther way to remove the wet clutch without applying too much pressure on the clutch plates to bend/break the plates or base. All thoughts are welcome to homemade tools. After this I need to cut out my own 52mm end wrench for the opposite side of the crank!

Waiting 3 months for my Ebay order for a Polaris clutch needle bearing down here in Peru. The chinese clutch is doing well without abuse but the ebs one way bearing turned out to be short lived,already sticking and making gear change tricky.
I was wondering if anyone knows the equivalent for this part on SKF, FA*,Timken or other brands? As far as I know the OD is 1 3/4" ID 1 1/2 " and width 1 5/16" , Polaris markets this part as an exclusive product while a cage needle bearing should
be available over the counter for other appliances if you have the right numbers. Unfortunately here in South America all knowledge is lost since the new generation people took over and Chinese junk reigns supreme.

I recently picked up a king quad 700 that doesn't run in the hopes of getting it running by spring. It had been previously taken apart some and a few pieces are missing in the engine, but the frame is complete and in good condition. The motor will need a piston, rings, cylinder, cams, and a few misc parts that are missing. Also the cases will need to be split to remove the pieces of piston that are in the crankcase. The piston blew up at high rpm and did a number on the cylinder so I'm trying to find out if it would be worth rebuilding this motor it buying another engine to swap in. There may be more damage to this engine that I can see so I was wondering how bad the insides of it could be considering it destroyed the piston. I have found a motor for 1200 plus 200 shipping, the only problem is I don't have that much now and I would have to save up a while before being able to afford it. Any suggestions appreciated.
