  1. Damn, didn't see there were several more comments before I responded. So ignore my previous post. I know you have said you checked timing over and over, but it really sounds like either timing or valve adjustment. 200psi compression is very high for that machine. Especially being that it has automatic decompression. Should be closer to 80-90. Could be as low as 55 and still run good. 200psi is way too much, indicating incorrect valve lash or bad timing adjustment.

  3. yes you guys are right, the trailer is overloaded with the tractor. The electric breaks worked great but the position of the trailer axle is wrong. And as was pointed out the trailer should be tandem axle for the load. The trailer works ok with my sand rail and very good with my SxS. It is really too heavy for the Foreman.

  5. I have had a few of those, the last one was long and slinder shaped like a bat, infact it was called a Bat Light. The problem i had with the last 2 i owned the battery would coorode in there and had lots of trouble getting the batterys out, didnt know if it was the aluminun causing it or bad batterys.

  7. It is tight on the side i have done it several ways, you can usually get a couple of fingers on the top and pull up but easy to loose your grip and it will fall back down it is very heavy. You can pry up one side with a screwdriver and get a grip on it and pull it up, but dont pry against the plastic may crack use a board under it.. If you are replacing it get pliers on each terminal and pull up, but i dont pull on the terminals with the new battery dont want to change them breaking loose.
