  1. Suspension sounds much better than stock and congrats on the 35! If I lost 3.5 pounds I would disappear.
  2. What are you keeping? What's funny, the fact that I didn't recommend Honda?
  3. The new quads that are used for racing that people can't find parts for, the pros have support from people who make stuff for THEM. Then they release it to the public. Such as Elka or Fox shocks.
  4. Your gaskets are bad. There is no oil under preasure while it is just sitting. When it is on the there is preasure in the case. Hence the term oil preasure. It should be a pretty easy fix and pretty cheap if you do it your self. And YES fix it NOW. It will only get worse.
  5. Some graet pics! So your suspension can handle your weight from that high?
  6. I never had any problem with alignment on my bike!
  7. Of the 2, I would pick the Outlaw. The TRX like you said is big and bulky. It is also a first year machine which usually means some kind of recall will come out and they haven't had time to work out the kinks. Just for the record, if you know how to place your quad around obstacles you don't need to slow down on the rough spots.
  8. Rocky Mountain ATV has it on clearance for 160 bucks. I didn't pat 320.
  9. I actually just ordered a new helmet today. I got the black one! 2008 Fox V3 Striper Helmet - Helmets Online at MotoSport
  10. How? He said it was full face. But get a nice Fox Tracer helmet for 140 bucks. I have taken chunks out of these helmets and my noodle still works for the most part!
  11. I always wear all my gear. I have taken a chunk out of my old chest protector when I flew through a tree with out the bike. Long story! But that could have easily been a lung.
  12. The TRX450R is an awsome quad. It has great power all around stock but like TB said, just a slip on pipe will be like night and day. With just a pipe you can easily pull wheelies in 3rd and 4th gear. The TRX is the cheapest price wise of all the 450s.
  13. Try motosport or Rocky mountain atv. Just add a .com to the end of both names for their address. They also let you pick what quad you have and they show you only parts that will fit your quad. Makes it easy.
  14. Were just giving you a hard time. On a straight axle quad when you take a tight turn your inside rear wheel generally comes off the ground. Or you powerslide through it. On a quad with IRS, both rear wheels have a shock and can move independently. When you travel through a tight turn both wheels keep equal friction on the ground.
  15. That wasn't mean! She is the "Dirt Princess"
  16. Glad you got it all figured out!
  17. First you will need Kristin to step down.
  18. Nice video. That place looks like alot of fun!
  19. I started high school at 5'3" 120lbs. I graduated at 6' 185lbs
  20. I found that a good open-toed flat works well on the 500.
  21. What kind of logic is that? With the IRS both wheels stay on the ground.
  22. What ever, as long as you get to ride!
  23. How many races did he win on his Honda last year? How many races has he won on the DS this year? Perfect example, Ricky Carmichael has raced Kawi, Honda, and Suzuki and has won on all of them. John Natalie can't do that? How many races have they raced this year?
  24. Everything I've read it is a very well balanced quad.
