I started off using HF but didn’t have very good luck with them. The transformers would burn up. I now have been using BatteryMinder Plus for a few years with good results. Buy them when there on sale through Amazon. They get pretty dang $$high sometimes.

My brother dropped off his Suzuki Quad that had been sitting for a couple of years. Had to replace almost everything from fuel valve to carburetor. Ethanol had made some of the plastic parts looking like they had melted. Of course they were parts that don’t come with the rebuild kits.

👍oil change I’ve been working on my brother’s Suzuki quad master, it had been setting awhile. When I changed the oil it came out like water and looked like it came from my diesel tractor.

I noticed the welds too, the brace on the worse side had no penetration, the welding bead was the only holding it.

New to site. This site is about the only place to find information on Suzuki Quad master 500.

I just recently went through my brothers Quadmaster 500 after it had set idle for years. Had to replace carburetor and fuel valve. Everything was a sticky mess with part of the plastic looking like it was melted. Soaked fuel tank for a week and still had varnish coat inside, ended up using a whole can of carburetor cleaner to get it cleaned. Using Gumout tune up in fuel, hopefully it will take care of anything that I missed.

Some of the breaks look like they older, metal not shiny. Unless it’s the photo.
