About Me

My Garage

  1. I'm looking for an atv for my 12 yr old daughter. She has a kymco 90 mongoose now and I need a Bigger bike. I was looking hard at the pitster pro 125. Can anyone help me with input on this bike?
  2. With Google's latest search changes, they require that sites have a mobile layout and will penalize search rankings if they don't. We have created a mobile version of the forum only at this time, because it receives the most traffic. There is a drop down at the bottom of the forum and you can choose the layout or click here to check it out. The site should automatically detect mobile devices as well. At the top of the mobile style, there is a link to go back to the default style as well.
  3. Hi, I have been using your info for a while thought I would say hi. From north west vermont. I have a 1999 350 Yamaha bigbear. It has been used, abused, and neglected. It still runs like a champ. I use it for hauling firewood logs and most anything I need moved. Now I am planning on touching it with some T.L.C. in hopes of getting another 15 years out of it. Thank you for the volumes of information available. Mike
  4. Hello all, New to the forum although I have been riding a few years. Looking forward to meeting and possibly riding with some new people!
  5. Hey everyone. Im new here to yur forum from Joppa, Maryland. Been riding since I was 5, so about 20 years. Dad bought a Honda Fourtrax 250 brand new in 1985 and we've been hooked ever since, along with almost everyone in my family. Been through a few quads growing up from Suzuki Quadrunners to Honda Fourtrax's to Honda 400EXs to my now new 2012 Honda Rancher 420. Most of my riding took place in the mountains of West Virginia and could never get enough. Hope to hear from some of ya!
  6. Hello Y'all, I am new to your forum from Pittsburgh, PA. I been wheelin in one form or another since I was 4 years old. I started out on a JR50 in 77'. I now have an 02' Suzuki Vinson 500. I just picked it up last month and I'm ready to get back on the trails. I also wheel Jeeps. I have two CJ's a 7 and a 8. I'm a family guy so wheeling time is not near as much as it used to be, but I get out every chance I can. Hopefully I'll see some of y'all on the trails. Cheers ROD

  13. How many online forum members does it take to change a lightbulb? 1 to change the light bulb and to post that the light bulb has been changed. 14 to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the light bulb could have been changed differently. 7 to caution about the dangers of changing light bulbs. 27 to point out spelling/grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs. 53 to flame the spell checkers. 41 to correct spelling/grammar flames. 6 to argue over whether it's "lightbulb" or "light bulb"...another 6 to condemn those 6 as anal-retentive 2 industry professionals to inform the group that the proper term is "lamp". 15 know-it-alls who claim *they* were in the industry, and that "light bulb" is perfectly correct. 156 to email the participant's ISPs complaining that they are in violation of their "acceptable use policy". 109 to post that this group is not about light bulbs and to please take this discussion to a lightbulb group 203 to demand that cross posting to hardware forum, off-topic forum, and lightbulb group about changing light bulbs be stopped. 111 to defend the posting to this group saying that we all use light bulbs and therefore the posts *are* relevant to this group. 306 to debate which method of changing light bulbs is superior, where to buy the best light bulbs, what brand of light bulbs work best for this technique, and what brands are faulty. 27 to post URL's where one can see examples of different light bulbs. 14 to post that the URL's were posted incorrectly and then post the corrected URL's. 3 to post about links they found from the URL's that are relevant to this group which makes light bulbs relevant to this group. 33 to link all posts to date, quote them in their entirety including all headers and signatures, and add "Me too". 12 to post to the group that they will no longer post because they cannot handle the light bulb controversy. 19 to quote the "Me too's" to say "Me three". 4 to suggest that posters request the light bulb FAQ. 44 to ask what is a "FAQ". 4 to say "didn't we go through this already a short time ago?" 143 to say "do a Google search on light bulbs before posting questions about light bulbs". 1 forum lurker to respond to the original post 6 months from now and start it all over again....

  18. By request, we've added the shoutbox, that is in the home page (when logged in), into our forum. Most of you who are regulars in the forum, already know this. It went live yesterday. It works in conjuction with the one on the "HOME" page. We've worked out all the issues and would like your feedback and bug reports. If you find an issue, please post it in this thread. Please include the browser you are using. Thanks!
  19. Hey hey everyone hows it going? My name is Sean, im 19. I live in central illinois. Ive been riding for about 4 years now. Just picked up a new 4-wheeler about 3 weeks ago. Thought it was time to search and find a couple ATV forums to join. Hope to see all of you around!
  20. We are currently looking to add some forum moderators to QuadCRAZY. Some of our moderators have left and/or are not getting it done. MWKE is the only active moderator that we have and we really appreciate his help here at QuadCRAZY. He is a huge asset to the forums and is on here every day. With his help and some of our previous moderators, we have been able to grow the forum section of this site. What we are looking for: Members that will be active at least a few times a week in the forums to moderate a section of their choice or even a new section that they would like. They are responsible for monitoring that section, adding relevent content, and keeping it going. As the moderator of that category(s), you will be the ring leader and responsible for keeping order. We are now reaching the milestone of 1000 members. We want to add some more to the forum and get it going on a consistent basis for our members. Behind the scenes, we are still working on changing the layout slightly but along with that, we need some key member's help! If you would like to be considered for this, please reply to this post. If you are a moderator on another forum, please let us know. Thank You
  21. We've just completed tweaking the forum area for a slight improvement in page load and speed. Firefox users should definately see a difference. Please let us know if there are any issues...ie. posting, etc... Any feedback if you notice any difference, and what browser you are using, is appreciated. We are testing this. Any issues can also be sent to [email protected] Thanks.
