I also have a magnum 4x4 that I am working on it is getting a new piston, In the tear down I pulled off the flywheel
and found that all the magnets are not attached? why does this happen? there all in good shape so is it possible
to reattach them to the flywheel? I can buy a different flywheel, but it looks like around $300 or more and one of them on Ebay
looks like the spacing is off a little so it may have the same issue.
the stator looks good also

Yes, I’m a Newbie to this forum, (so be kind… lol). I’ve owned my ‘03 250 4x4 for 2 years… had to do a top end rebuild when first acquired. I’ve also had to adjust the valves twice already and they need adjusting again. I only ride periodically because the ATV is at a vacation home and not used year round. My question: Is it normal to have to adjust the valves every year? I recently adjusted the valves this past summer and now the compression is 35psi (with no start). I just started riding off road and am “self teaching” repairs from YouTube. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

What is the best way to remove the carb on a 2000 quadmaster 500? Does the gas tank need to come off first?

Just a quick test video while I'm learning to use my gopro (really, $250 discount I couldn't pass it up).
This is from my side drive to the top of the property.
The Dog loves the runs.
No snowflakes were injured in the production of this video.
