2017 Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS CVT Clutch

Hi

Anyone else with a 2017 sportsman with EPS, experiencing hard lock up with the CVT clutches.

As compared to my friends 2006 Polaris 500 HO they seem to be a lot smoother engagement.

Any ideas or is this normal for this model.

So it's shifting hard? At idle does it feel like it wants to creep ahead like the idle may be too high? How many miles or hours on it?

Should not be hard engagement of the clutch. What rpm's does the vehicle start to move. Also how many miles or hrs do you have on the machine and has the belt and  clutches been inspected. Sticking weights on the primary clutch and or bad one way bearing can cause a hard engagement .

Hi all, installed new belt, old one had some high low areas. Installed new one way bearing. Lot smoother now.

did it get wet or any oil on it?
