so we got this little lt80 given to us when we bought my sons dirtbike as kind of a throw in gift it was just sitting not being used and my youngest fell in love with it so the gentleman we bought the bike from said we could take it as well for a little project

When my king quad is in 4wd in any gear, there is a loud clunking coming from the front differential. Sounds like its coming right from the center of the differential. Is it toast? 4wd still engages but clunks at slow speeds especially.
Front diff rebuild? Bearings?
Im still learning so any help is very appreciated.

Took the quads out today, decided wife ,son and i needed a break between house guests, lol party yesterday, and the next two days as well so we went out ridding a bit today , it was brisk but refreshing , came home had a few drinks by the fireplace , nice day , suppose to get some snow tomorrow? I dont think it will be much though .. Airborne

Hey guys! I am in need of some serious help with my little quad. Take a listen to the video and see if you can decipher why it is running like it is. I have yet to figure it out.
I have cleaned and rebuilt the carb with OEM parts and jets. Put in a new petcock, fuel filter, and fuel line. Replaced the computer. Put on a new coil, wire, and cap. Replaced the spark plug. Checked the compression and valves. Everything was in spec with the manual. I am at a serious loss. Please let me know your thoughts.
