Try turning in the rebound damping screw on the lower part of the shock using a flat head. Try it one click at a time until it feels better. I just had to have my BF do it on my warrior because my shock was too slow, not rebounding fast enough. I had the opposite problem.

all i see is a turn thing at the bottom of the shock/strut

Not sure where the rebound adjustment is on your shocks, may be at the top, look at a pic of the OEM micro fiche. Or if u have a manual but try adjustin it before getting the thing all rebuilt.

i know what you mean, its almost impossible to turn the thing when its on the shocks

Take the pressure off the shock before you turn it.

That's one way!? I was gonna say if you are by yourself, rubberband the front brake so it is applied. Set the grab bar on a ledge that will be high enough.

or apply the parking brake.. smae as the rubber band. thats a good idea:yes:

The parking brake locks the back tires. At least on mine. You want to stop the fronts from rolling so it won't roll off your ledge.

the p brake is on the front on the sunl
