Bot, Go with the Outlaw!

What made my decision between the Honda and the Polaris was

...Polaris has the better shocks

...Polaris has the better tires

...Polaris is the lighter bike

...Polaris has the KTM engine

...Polaris is not a first year model

...Polaris has a better price

...Polaris rates better in the head to head compititions between these two bikes

... and well Honda is a Honda it wasn't enough to get them the win with me

I like the direction everything is going in our sport. But to me, I wish it was all more affordable. I would like my son to race, but he wants to do soccer or some other sport. I think the main thing is to hope the ecconomy rebounds so we can all see everything we want from the manufactures!

I would love to see all you guys sponsored from me to use AMSOIL products at cost. LOL

Wouldn't be hard to do. Reliability , durability, safety and affordability would be the the hard part. Rock Crawler trucks have a crap load of adjustment to them. Just like wheelie bars on the Top Fuel dragsters.

How would they make adjustable a arms?

idk, just thought it would be a killer idea. for a youth racer...no more 600$ a arms.

would be a sick quad..i think every company should make a 250f class racer.

ds250r

outlaw 250

ltr250

Kawasaki KFX250R

idk..they just should..

Hi all. I have a timberwolf 250 2nd that will not start.. I thought it was out of time bc the guy I got it from said it just quit on him. The tensioner had a nut welded to it and it was like2 teeth off. I installed new tensioner and chain and it still will not start. It has fire and it will not hit off brake cleaner. It has compression. Haven't put a gauge but I'm sure it will crank and run with what it has. I double checked my work and it's still in time. Spot on. Both valves move. I'm about to put a feeler gauge on them and I'll cone back but other than that any ideas?

I've been hunting for a rebuild kit or aftermarket replacement without success. Any tips? The OEM replacement is too rich for my blood.

I am looking for a PDF version of a manual for a Suzuki Quadrunner 250.  I am not sure of the year, but believe it is a late 1990s model.

This thing came with a cheap aftermarket carb on it the problem I'm having is it won't start with choke installed into carburetor it will start and get run without it installed then bogs out after about 2 min run time I've checked timing , compression, checked valves for proper clearance , also did a smoke test for air leaks found none.
