My live chat room dose not work and I cant sent PMs or post comments on other peoples profile pages. I've noticed the posting box is all ways light blue in color and also my apostrophe don't work unless I use spell check(MY friend:)

I have changed the text editor to our older style for the time being on pages like profiles, private messages, and photos. Seems to work on my end in Google Chrome. You may need to refresh the page.

Other issues:

Chat room also works for me, but I would say make sure you re-log in off the main page into this site then go into the live chat if anyone is having issues. I don't think many people are using it.

I also cannot replicate any issues in Google Chrome with IMs, seems to work fine for me from the footer bar.

there were a couple days this week that the page wouldn't load and/or we couldn't sign in, but other than that everything has been working ok for me ...

There were a couple of server down instances that we worked through.

ok, here's something wierd ... while in firefox, i cannot post a comment on a member's page. i can type it in and submit, looks like it is uploading, then says 'type in comment'. while using ie, i can submit what i type, but the message box does not have the toolbar (bold, italic, underline, etc ...)

I can confirm this issue in Firefox, that is odd. Thanks for reporting it, we'll get it fixed.

This should be fixed, we updated our text editor. Just tested in Internet Explorer 9, FireFox, and Chrome.

Just want to revisit as some users have been reporting thay are having issues with certain sections of this website. Please post if you are and we will PM you to troubleshoot. In most cases, clearing your browser cache can solve issues.

yes, very much so. trouble started the last week and a half in march. sometimes i can log in, most times the page times out trying to get there. if i do get in, it's hit and miss to post or view threads as they time out also. trying to get back on the page is virtually impossible. browser is always cleared out, and have tried equal amounts of time in ie, firefox, and google ...

Is it still happening? I thought you PM'd me saying it was fine now.

Also, are you logging in or is the site remembering that you are logged in? If so, try logging out and back in and see if that makes any difference.

Just now, davefrombc said:

Glad to see the  site back up.  I  hope everyone  had a  great Easter weekend.

Me too, crazy few days. Had to procure a new server and good thing we run backups! Will be keeping an eye. The datacenter that housed our old server had a fire and took them a few days to see what was recoverable and what was not.

      Background,
This winter (Dec.) I was plowing and everything just died, just quit.  No lights, no pull start, No nothing.  I've had this problem before and I changed the voltage reg and it ran fine for over a year. Then this.  So I changed it again, thinking this was the same problem.  Tried to start it and a small pin hole in the CDI appeared with electrical smoke.
Months go by and I finally decide to just replace parts (I'm Horrible at electrical issues).  I changed the stator, new CDI, new Voltage reg, new starter solenoid, tested the starter (prefect), charged the battery.
Went to start it and the solenoid rapidly clicked.  All the dash lights on, headlights work.  Pull stared it and it fired right up no issues.  Looked into the rapidly clicking starter solenoid and it was not enough juice in the battery.  Took the battery completely out and hooked up a jump box to it turned the key, light on, everything looks good.  Pushed the starter button and it fired right up ran great.  Turned it off to test it again, Turned the key and nothing.  No dash lights nothing.  Took the jump box off and pulled started it.  Started it right up.  Re-hooked the jump box, still nothing.
      Any Ideas?

So I decided to pick up a small trailer if I could get one for the right price.  I found this one for a few hundred bucks on Craig’s list.  It is  a galvanized trailer which is exactly what I was looking for. The wood was shot and needed some minor repairs which I could care less about as long as the chassis was good.
I striped it down and put a new deck on. I had some vinyl realtree graphics that I had laying around so I added them to the fenders which I think worked out well. Very happy with this little guy.
I'm having the iron workers at my jobmake me up a few lightweight side rails that will have a 22 degree bend in them to accommodate the tires that slightly hang over the edge and will incorporate some tie down points as well.
