Recommended Posts

Im looking for websites that have low priced gear (helmets, goggles, gloves etc etc) Ive been on a bunch of sites already but everything seems crazy in price and since im new to actually riding hard enough to need gear I dont wanna spend alot. Already looked on Ebay. So does anyone know of any other sites?

So sorry if i posted in the wrong forum or if anyone else has posted this somewhere.

Went on Rocky Mountain Atv and you guys are right lower prices but still can't find the helmet Im looking for (i'm such a girl lol).

Anyways I got a chest protector off ebay (well 3 of them haha) so im good their, but im wondering will I need a kidney belt? Im unsure of how necessary it will be? I will be doing Harescrambles but not til next year im thinking. Will i need it to practice? Im so lost on this whole riding gear stuff. Ughh safety safety :aargh:

I was looking at Fox and Oneal helmets but i guess it dont matter so much the brand as long as its dependable and dot approved. Its more the color, size, and the price. I want either a multi neon colored and black helmet or a yellow pink and black helmet. I love the Fox riots but i cant afford $300+ for a helmet. Im going for $100 max. So far all the helmets for that price arent my size. I need like a medium or large, just depends on the brands sizing. I got a huge head for a women lol

I don't wear a Kidney belt when i race. I do Harescrambles/GP as well. The purpose of the kidney belt is to keep your insides from jarring around. They say it lessens the fatique felt through your torso. What kind of helmet are you looking for???

I swear by them plus it makes me look slimmer

My friends KQ 300 starts fine and runs, as soon as you put it in gear and try to accelerate its bucks and farts like crazy, not moving... I cleaned carb and it worked good for 1 day... now back to same problem.... could it be such as a bent valve????

Sorry I suck at these forums so if you see this submitted under update status, my bad. Anyhow this is a new shock for a 96 Yamaha Kodiak 400 4x4 it fits my 96 Yamaha Timberwolf 250 4x4 perfectly. Little narrower are the bottom than the original but everything else is perfect. I extended it to almost a half in from full extension because I’m pushing 350 pounds.  It rides and hold me well. So if any of y'allRace driven shock. have been looking for one and didn’t want to do the research here it is.

I have been exploring all the options available, so many, its hard to choose. I have kind of narrowed it down to the Honda Pilot, Subaru Outback, and Kind of looking at the Outlander, although its a little small,  the new one is nice looking. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations or gripes with any of these rides. I have driven Jeeps for the past 25  years and they have been great, but their price point has gotten to high. Expieriences good or bad would be helpful. Thanks!

Just thought I'd start a new thread for newbies to the site!
If you're new here, tell us who you are, where you're from and what you ride!!!
Lets get to know each other a little better shall we?
I'm not new to the site, obviously, but...
I'm Kristin from Denver!!! I ride a 2008 Yamaha Rhino. She's my muddy baby!!!!!! Several aftermarket parts on her. She's good to me! We try and ride every weekend. This weekend we're off to MOAB! :woot:
