2004 Bombardier Outlander 330 does anyone know if you have to split cases to get to the stator? Have a costumer who wants a quote but from the parts diagram makes it look like stator is in the cases. is any one familiar with this machine?

I own a few older quads mix of kinds a couple of Yamahas, a Honda, can-am a Kawasaki, they are older quads but in good shape the question of the day is....... what's the best way to polish up the plastic?
I have found that Dollar General mold remover is good to get the black stuff off the plastic works good, but was wondering how you polish up the plastics on yours.

Can you ride your quad on the road or cross a road if your quad is licensed and registered and you have functional signal lights and running lights?
Let me know, I'm new to this.
Thanks!

wont run unless WOT. fuel pump works. tried cleaning original carb. that didnt work. tried a cheapo carb that didnt work. tried fresh fuel. new plug. spark seems to be weak but everything test ok according to the manual, did valve adjustment nothing seems to help.
doesnt help that when i got it there was 4inches of mud on the motor and the cooling fan was clogged. any direction to go would be helpful thanks.

By TRX300 Deer Getter
Hey all,
First time poster here. I have a '93 TRX300 with no spark. Measuring 100 volts pulsing at the coil then declining down to 90, 80, 70, 60 and so on. I assume it's the coil. If there's voltage to the coil then everything else should be in working order, right?
Thanks for your help,
Deer Getter
