I rebuilt the top end, rebuilt the carb, and replaced the reed. Starts, runs and idles but has no power. Cant barely move itself with no one on it. Air filter ok. Sounds like its bogged down with throttle open. Compression test showed 140 psi. Plug looks good. Gaskets look good. Im lost. Any suggestions??????

I'm new here, so I would like to say "Hello" to everyone and hopefully, someone will be able to point me in the right direction to troubleshoot an issue. Last night I was riding and all of a sudden ATV lost power and shut down. I was able to get it shifted back down to neutral and tried to restart it. Neutral light on, engine cranks, but it will not start. I haven't really looked at it yet to attempt dieagnoses, since it was getting dark and needed to get it pulled back to garage. Any Idea's of where I should start troubleshooting?? Thanks for any and all help!

The penultimate round of racing took place on Saturday, July 30 at Redbud MX. This track has a well-earned reputation for becoming one of the most brutal motocross tracks on the circuit and each year a new chapter is written on what at first appears a pillowy soft, sand based track that quickly erodes into a combination of endless bar twisting whooped out motocross madness. Motor starts right up, but when I open it up past quarter throttle it bogs way down while ridding, the longer it runs the worse it gets. If I just leave it in neutral and give it full throttle it revs up and down.
Back history:
Bike sat for 3 years,
Installed new plug, cleaned the fuel tank, took it to a shop and had the carburetor gone though.
Picked up from shop, motor bogged down first day and barely got me back to the truck an 1 mph.
Took back to shop after a month I was told it had a bad plug, I told him I just replaced it.
Got quad home and it is doing the same thing!!!!!!!!!
Thanks in advance for your support!
The carburetor has recently been gone through by a shop
