1987 Suzuki 250 lt 4wd fuel pump location

The fuel pump is located in front of the fuel tank towards the front of the machine on the upper frame rail. Do you need the service manual? -
Have you checked the valve lash adjustment? If the valves are out of adjustment and not closing all the way you will have that problem.

Check the systems 20A main fuse located on the starter relay if that's blown you won't have power anywhere in the system.

Have you set the float to the correct level according to the service manual? If the float is set to high you will get similar issues. Shindy makes rebuild kits that have stock jets. http://www.shindypro.com/ -
