    no belt light on the 07 700 efi`s, if its flashing belt, the display has been replaced with the wrong one. How do I know this? it happened to me when i brought the machine in for a dead display and it was replaced with the wrong one. WoW runs like sh*t.

    drain the fuel and clean the carb they get gummed up with varnish from old gas. Plus stale gas has a much lower flash point and is not good for the wheeler.

    i tend to go with oem parts some aftermarket belts are made of a harder material and wear into the clutch sheaves

    check you belt, i have the same quad and it did the same thing, the belt was wore down and grabbing all the time.
