My first trailer project.

Great work guys! Nice looking trailers. I like the water seal idea, does it make it slippy? -
Just picked up a 90 outlaw for my 6yr old son. I plan on limiting the throttle. Kids grow so fast and we decided to start on a 90 to give him room to grow. Just my 2 cents!

Do the small 50cc ATVs have a way to set the speed?
Diyguy99 replied to afa913's topic in Kids ATVs and Youth Off-Road
Yep, throttle limiter screw. Should be one on the throttle and can be adjusted in or out. All it does is limit throttle travel. -
Sweet! That was my first quad years ago. Highly recommend mixing the oil and gas right out of the gate! Blew it up a few times then mixed and never had a problem.

Diyguy99 started following 450 OR 570? and polaris trail blazer 250 2 stroke

I recommend mixing the oil and gas. Blew our 250 up 3 times and if we would've mixed from the beginning we'd have more money!
-
I recommend the 570 as it has more power and torque throughout the powerband!

97 Magnum 425 - Motor locks up with plug in but fine when out??

Glad you got it working! So was it just the decompression mechanism was installed wrong? Spring being on the wrong side? -
I agree with others, I'd air them up and try them. Maybe go for a quick ride for 15 to 20 minutes then check them out. If there are any cracks I would replace them. I just replace a set of tires on my 05 triton atv88 trailer as they were cracked in several spots and sidewall. Obviously this is a bit different with loads and highway speeds but they were almost 30 years old.
