    Yeah Mr Always Ready would have been on top of me if I had not jumped away. I made wheel chock blocks as on hills it is best to have chocks. The pads are only $8 a set but the replacement caliper is $290+

    No the wheel brakes are hydralic. The parking brake is a seperate "Disk" on drive shaft. It is a Caliper or disk brake with two brake pads. However, the parking brake cable caable pulls th caliper closed then a spring pulls the brake open when parking brake is released.

    I cleaned it so the mounting bracket slides but the mechacical piston appeares stuck.

    Its the parking brake. The parking brake is non hydraulic.. It has a retraction spring.

    I cleaned the claiper. But it does not appear to retract after extending ...I think I may need to replace the caliper.

    Almost got ran over by Mr always ready...Viking SXSX700..Removed parking brake and found one pad missing. Caliper mechanism does not appear to move. I soaked the caliper for 3 days to get two pad holdeer allen bolts out. Here is better pic.

    The receiver part is 1/4 in X 2 " box tubing. The vertical piece is thin 2 inch tubing from maybe and old bike rack or somthing. I welded and also bolted w 3/8th bolts an angle strap. Hope the hitch does not drag the ground back in the woods when it is on the Forman.

    Ok i tach'd together this ...Could not find my unistrut so used this stop sign pole...The thing weighed 28 lbs...OMG. I decided to use just a basket to use for my log chain, etc and put the pole saw on the front rack. The hitch by itself only weighs 9 lbs. I have a plastic basket that is lighter than this antique Milk Basket Who said girls change their minds!

    Grandpa makes me sit the battery on wood or something when not in use. He says the ground or concrete will drain the battery.

    Darn..The parts I have for rear rack are heavy...28 lbs. I'll tack it together Sunday...Busy today .I am waiting on front rack mounts also.

    Ok I will only make the tool rack 2 inch tube and hole so that the rack is beyond tires by 2 inches of clearance. I plan on making the rack 44 inches wide (pole saw parts are 43 inches ). I think Dynamic loading as the rack bounces back can be reduced if I tether the tool rack to the Foreman rack. But it will be Saturday before I can tack (Bubble Gum) something together and post a picture. I bought some tool brackets for front Forman rack. I like to carry a pitch fork and my double bladed axe also. Thanks for all the great ideas.

    Yes can I dampen that lateral movement by a soft attach to foeman's Rack?

    Yes, You're right... I'll need to have a 6 " lift on My rack. However, I want the tool rack up higher as when I am driving through the woods there are some extreme terrain changes. You know like where wheel ruts are 12 " deep.

    I think I will do both; the hitch extension with a 6 in lift on the rack mounting as well as a tool rack up high at the level of the rear Foreman Rack. I like to haul stuff from the car/truck to the storage shed. The lower rack would drag.

    i have 7 ft. of some 1020 dom roll cage 1 3/4 inch pipe left over . i think the unistrut on the horizontal rack member would allow easy adjusting of tool brackets. i have some 2 inch box tubing for the reciever. i'll send pictures of my Rack...

    Yes you are right. Damn , I never thought of that. It's rough back there going over rotten logs and rocks. I have some 1 1/2 Unistrut that I could use for the Rack. My wire welding looks good after I grind the bubble gum down...LOL I wonder if I should stabilize the rack with a soft attachment to the rear of Foreman's rear rack?

    The pole saw is too big for the rear rack I cut the original rack down to this size. It will be handy on the Foreman for other stuff. But a tool rack on the front would be better.

    I cut a Rack I had bought down to about 40 inches. But the new reciever was to short and the rack would rub the tires ...Dirty Damn being frustrated i did not think they make receiver extension! However I think It would be wiser to keep the pole saw up on the front rack with a tool holder.

    Yes the 2 gal Ropax is $88 on amazon. I am going to shop around for tat...maybe Ebay. I need a tool rack. I take my Dewalt pole saw /trimmer back to clear paths in woods so I can ride back to squirrel hunt. There is a lot of Multi Flora Rose that I am eradicating. I have to tie the pole saw on the front rack.

    When riding, I stand up with my knees bent sometimes. That is a good Quad (legs) and Glute exercise. I do a lot of Glute exercises in the mornings. I have not been to the Honda ATV class yet...still learning. No clutch when shifting is a lot different than shifting my Kaw Motorcycle.
