I have 2002 450 foreman & the temp lite started to come on as I was riding; It would be intermittent at times. Changed the temp sensor, but lite still is intermittently on & off. Installed a switch for the fan so I could manually turn fan on & off as needed. The lite is still coming on & staying on . Any ideas on what else I could try? Thanks

i just purchased a very used 93 big bear 350, rebuilt the carb, changed all the fluids and got it running, everything seems to be working fine, but the reverse light stays on constantly, and the neutral light refuses to come on, all the bulbs work, i checked them with a 9v battery and some jumper wires. i have the service manual and am trying to make sense of the wiring schematic, but im not an electrician. i have tested voltage at all the wires for the lights and im getting 11.7 - 12.3v at both the brown and the blue. i don`t know if there is something im missing or if a previous owner rewired something wrong. seems to me though that one of those wires should be a ground and i should just get continuity, not voltage i am working my way through the harness, disconnecting, cleaning, greasing, and reconnecting everything and so far everything looks good, just dirty.

1996 Suzui King Quad - RPM Not Backing Down Once Throttled
ctd440 posted a topic in Suzuki ATV Forum
I cleaned the carb out and set pilot to factory settings. idles fine but when I throttle the engine up the rpms do not back down very fast. does this mean I am running too lean? the cable does not appear to be sticking as I still have the side still off and can watch the cable. any help is appreciated. -
I just bought this bike Monday off the showroom floor. It was a left over from last year. I only have 20 min of ride time on it. The bike shifts into first and through the higher gears w/out any trouble, but when I down shift the shifter will stay down.... It pops right back up if I tap the side of it with my boot. Does anyone know what's going on here? I was wondering if that oil seal that the shaft goes through may be binding it up, I wouldn't think that this brand new bike would have a bent shaft already. I called the dealership and thy said they couldn't get it in till mid august.
