Does anyone use an ATV stereo?

Just curious, does anyone ride listening to music? If so, what type of contraption do you have?

when i had my old trail boss i had a stereo Deck i got out of a abandoned car in what we call the "basin" (just an old dirt road where everyone takes there sh!t and shoots it. and had some cheap water proof speakers i bought at at walmart and tossed it into a plywood box i built.

I've used an inverter from Radioshack to plug into my cigarrette lighter on the quad and have plugged in a radio for when we're camping or stopped somewhere.

My good freind has a rhino and he put a Kenwood deck and speakers in it. Blasts that thing when he's riding!

yeah i didnt even think about trying to rig one on my warrior because i couldnt hear it past my HMF haha

I'll run a radio off the quad when we're stopped, camping out or something. Same here, use an inverter. By buddy hardwired something in right to his battery with an inline fuse.

I hardly ever turn the one on in my Truck.... I see those UTV's out in the Dunes Blaring their tunes though....Not sure about a ATV though...

Yep, on the rhino's there is an stereo slot.

Can't you just wire a walkman or ipod to your helmet????

I use the Altec Lansing Orbit-MP3 Portable Audio System its a small speaker that plugs into your MP3 Player. I have them on the terxy, I only use it when stopped otherwise you can't hear it.

I did in-tell i realised that i ride to fast when listening to heavy metal it can be dangerous.
