I'm new to the forum and and was needing to ask a question. I have a 1998 honda 300ex and my chain is getting rather loose. I'm new to the atv game and was wondering if the chain can be adjusted. please help.

On the very back of your swingarm there are 2 bolts. You need to loosen those. Next to the sprocket(on the inside) there should be some notches that you can put a small pry bar(I use a large allan wrench) and you physically rotate that back. I have 4 bolts but it should be similar to my 450, here are some pics.
