i have a 97 explorer 300 4x4 that has been bored out to a 380 about a year ago well that id what the guy a bought it from told me. but my problem is that it will not start now it seems to just be flooding out everytime i start it. the guy i bought it from told me he just rebuilt the carb on it so this why i am confused. it cranks and cranks and will not start then i will let it sit for a while go back and it starts right up bu then it only run for about 10 min and just dies and will not start again. i know the petcock works and i shut that off everytime have not messed with the carb to much yet but i did take the bowl of and floats and jets look good. so i am stuck it gets spark and i put a new plug in as well and everytime i pull the plug it is wet. dont know what to do next please help

Its the needle and seat in the carb not shutting the gas off and putting gas in the bottom end of the motor. There is a 10 mm bolt on the bottom of the motor to drain the bottom end pull it out and see if gas comes out if it dose ..needle and seat. I have had to RE-rebuild several carbs my customers have worked on so rebuilt is not always rebuilt right. You need to buy a rebuild kit ebay is a good source for around 35.00.

Good luck, Todd Polarisatvrepair.com

Hi, I am having issues with my TRX350D fuel pump.  It suddenly stopped running so I have replaced all the fuses and cleaned all the terminals.  I have fitted a new pump, fuel cut-off relay and rectifier.  Still nothing!!  The pump runs when attached to a battery.  The engine will start on the choke and the filter fills with fuel but it will  not rev and dies when the choke is closed. I have power to the relay but nothing at the pump black/white wire when cranking the engine.  Any ideas where to go from here would be very much appreciated!!

Hello I’m new here and was wondering is anyone knew of good replacement part numbers for front struts and rear shocks for this atv? I think I’ve found a new rear shock, that looks like the original but there is no dimensions or anything and was wondering if there are any afterMarket new front struts available. I know it’s a long shot but any help would be appreciated.

1996 4x4 Timberwolf rearend width. Can someone with some knowledge of these machines answer this question for me please. Are all 4x4 timberwolves this narrow in the rearend? These tires are so close the right one actually rubs the muffler.  Thinking about seeing if there are any spacers out there for it. I need at least an inch more clearance.

From Arkansas. Just bought a 2012 Gator 850i RSX because I could not pass up the price. BUT it has an idle problem. So, to be honest, I joined just to get a service manual. I have a choice: 1)Buy a hard copy: ~$100; 2)Buy a CD ~$35.00; Get a direct download for free posting 10 times; or get a download for $29.00 (subscription). Haven't decided what to do yet.
