Since  Kawasaki doesn't give the  size and pitch of the bolts, I would suggest estimating the diameter of them  and then  go to a metric bolt supplier and  buy  one bolt of each that appears the same size. Get one of each pitch if there is a fine and coarse pitch  offering in that size.

Here is a conversion chart  of common inch bolts and their standard metric equivalent. I'll add it to   the downloads section  also.

Whenever I find a bike that I buy for parts and won’t need after I’m done tearing it down I keep all the bolts. I have a sorter and try as best possible to match them up.  This bike I just finished needed bolts. I went to the bins and boom I had what I need.  Never throw metric bolts away they are like gold when your in a jam.  Especially for the plastics. Most common sizes are 8,10,12,14mm on these machines. I keep em all!!!!!!

there are a couple of inexpensive metric thread pitch and hole gauges out there

Good tip! My bolts are bent on the bottom of my quad. I need to look into some skids.

I just bought a 1984 Suzuki LT185 ATV and am looking for the OWNER’S manual. ( not a service manual)
I contacted Suzuki Canada but they have no paper or digital copies in their archives.
Does anyone possibly have a digital copy they’d be willing to share?

      Background,
This winter (Dec.) I was plowing and everything just died, just quit.  No lights, no pull start, No nothing.  I've had this problem before and I changed the voltage reg and it ran fine for over a year. Then this.  So I changed it again, thinking this was the same problem.  Tried to start it and a small pin hole in the CDI appeared with electrical smoke.
Months go by and I finally decide to just replace parts (I'm Horrible at electrical issues).  I changed the stator, new CDI, new Voltage reg, new starter solenoid, tested the starter (prefect), charged the battery.
Went to start it and the solenoid rapidly clicked.  All the dash lights on, headlights work.  Pull stared it and it fired right up no issues.  Looked into the rapidly clicking starter solenoid and it was not enough juice in the battery.  Took the battery completely out and hooked up a jump box to it turned the key, light on, everything looks good.  Pushed the starter button and it fired right up ran great.  Turned it off to test it again, Turned the key and nothing.  No dash lights nothing.  Took the jump box off and pulled started it.  Started it right up.  Re-hooked the jump box, still nothing.
      Any Ideas?
