hi there, when you say "she was about to blow" are you only refering to it getting hot (and needing to stop for a moment to cool down) or that the bike was also making loud strange noises from the engine?

I have a 08 KTM 525xc and I'm 6 foot. The egro's are perfect!!!!!!! I've ridden alot of quads including the Honda 450r,400ex,250r/ Yamaha's Blaster,Raptor, 450. By far the best before the KTM was the 250r, now by far NO QUESTIONS ASKED the KTM is finest in every aspect of a sport quad you could ever ask for. I suggest you ride it not just sit on it before you make up your mind. When first sitting on them they definitely have a diffrent approach/feel, for me it just seemed to be the front fenders throwing me off. After the first ride it was a completely diffrent story.

What may be perfect for you, ergonomics wise, is not perfcet for everyone. I tried a KTM, very nice quad but I will stick with my Honda. I have too much money and time invested into my 450. Plus my knees don't suffer from that plastic ridge.

Hi, I have been around everything with a motor since I was little, and finally purchased more to get my husband, and kids involved. I have 4 quads I will be searching around for information on. I have two 2002 Suzuki LT80K quads, a 1997 Yamaha Timberwolf 250, and a 1996 Kawasaki Bayou 220. I have had different ones throughout the years, and plan on buying another Yamaha Banshee. I plan on trying to learn more about all of them, so I can customize some of them. I know nothing about them besides how to race them, my dad always took care of the rest, but figured it was time for me to learn.

Does anyone have a recommendation of a really Heavy Duty ATV cover. I have bought several and they do keep the water off somewhat, but they are very thin and do not contour with the shape very well and water pools up in the rack louvers. I think i may be looking for a heavy canvas one, if anyone has a recommendation it would be greatly appreciated.

So we are almost a month into winter and I've been so busy working on my house that up until today, I didn't realize that we just haven;t gotten any real snow yet to warrant putting the plow on my grizzly. So that got me thinking, what are the latest plows out there and what ATV plows are the best? I've got 2 snow plows for my grizzly, a quadboss pile driver atv plow set up and a snowsport ATV plow. They are both a bit dated now and I tend to stick with the snowsport due to ease of use and I just like it so much. So if you have a plow on your ATV, please let us know what it is and post a picture with your atv/plow would be awesome. Would also like to know what you like and dislike about it.
This is back a while when I did a write up on these 2 plows.... in 2009 I got the snowsport and in 2012 I got the quadboss.
