I hear ya Bio, I live about 100' from the river in our town and I was watching it like crazy all weekend.

We got lucky, we only lost a few carpets and a bunch of crap that was in the crawl space in cardboard boxes. All in all it was more work than anything. Now its all about dehumidification of the house and fan's moving air to dry the carpets that we want to keep.

Mornin all.....How's the damage controll goin' Rich?

Going real good for now. I'm looking for an anti mold spray just as a preventative measure. I'm also looking for some type of alarm to install on the sump pump so I know if this ever happens again. I have an alarm on the battery backup but it wasn't loud enough for us to hear in the upstairs bedroom.

I hope so Bimmer, only 41 today with more rain in the future.

I ended up sleeping in the crawl space last night so I could keep an eye on the sump pump. We got another 5"s of rain last night. It would be nice to see some sun soon!

Hi everyone and thanks for reading.
My husband and me are getting ready to host the 2nd Quad Runners event at our nudist campground. The first one (last year) went pretty well with about 20 quads attending and have to say, it was a smaller group, but they made up for their size with the large interest in partying and there was plenty of nudity as the Saturday night went on.
We have decided to host another one this summer, but we are looking for some fun (but safe) riding events. Our grounds are almost all flat and remember we are a nudist campground so many of us are bare as* naked so "slow ride" events would be the best.
Give us your thoughts and ideas and feel free to ask us anything you would like, and we will answer right here in the thread.
Thanks for your help and ride safe.
BTW, let us know what "anything goes" means for this thread section.

I own a few older quads mix of kinds a couple of  Yamahas, a Honda, can-am  a Kawasaki, they are older quads but in good shape the question of the day is....... what's the best way to polish up the plastic?
I have found that Dollar General mold remover is good to get the black stuff off the plastic works good, but was wondering how you polish up the plastics on yours.

Snow Shoe Rails to Trails held their annual chicken BBQ event. Food sold out in one hour! (400 dinners) They had a drive through option for those who were not riding.  Weather was warm, but cooled off decently at night. Was good to finally get out camping and riding.

Another great weekend at Snow Shoe Rails to Trails for their annual pig roast. Thursday and Friday nights were quite cool at night. We run a buddy heater in the tent to keep warm. One of our members brought a drone and was able to get some cool video. Ill have to put it together and upload it to Youtube. They were sold out of food by 2:15pm. Trailhead was packed and they had to use two overflow areas for parking. I took a few snapshots from the drone video. One is a railroad viaduct that a few years ago we were able to cross it on our quads. It has been closed for a few years now.
