  1. Very cool find mike, looks in pristine condition, awesome, congrats!! Got any plans for upgrades? Let us know bud.
  2. I looked at getting the 3 with the adjustable leak jet, but got a good deal on the 2 on e-bay. Did't do much for my DRZ 400 bike. Followed the instructions and went with the stock settings on the accelerator pump, and upped the fuel screw a bit. Still have to raise the idle to help the low RPM flame out. If anyone has some imfo on better settings i'd like to hear from you.
  3. Agreed, it just takes a few litterbugs to give all of us a bad name. Keep up the good work!
  4. I had a spark plug crap out on me in my raptor while warming it up. It was like someone flipped a switch, was running fine and just died. Try a new plug, even if it sparks outside the combustion chamber. Under compression can be a different story.
  5. Well, one more to go! Big V pulled off the win this weekend, Bubba's officially done, crashed and burned while in the lead...again! Twelve points seperating Villapoto, Reed, and Dungey, should be a great finish in Vegas.
  6. Looks like nut was the first one to the cooler lol, is that a Keystone light in his throttle hand?...mmmmmm!
  7. Right on fellers! glad to hear you guys had fun...don't feel bad Mike, happens to all of us!
  8. My guess is that it's not actually a "Suzuki" engine. Chinese branded ATV makers have been known to copy proven products, but use inferior materials in order to make them as cheaply as possible. They may look identical on the outside, but in reality are worlds apart in quality. Specs and tolerances are probably way off. Good luck with your search.
  9. Search the Arctic Cat forum archives, there is a thread for service manuals there.
  10. I feel your pain, had the same thing happen to mine about a month ago, had to take it to the shop, cost me $165, all better now!
  11. A good tire repair kit with tire plugs, patches, CO2 cartriges, tools, rubber cement can be bought in one convenient kit for fairly cheap. I've had to use mine more than once. Most valuable item in my opinion.
  12. Drop MIKEL5469 a line, he can get Yamaha manuals for you.
  13. Mornin' Rich...sweet deal!...hope you post some pics.
  14. Nice! When is the race held...and will you be posting some pics:biggrin:
  15. Hey bio, all the snow gone yet where you're at?
  16. Mornin' all, finally getting some spring weather here this week...yahoo!
  17. Is this where the famous Pikes Peak Race is held every year? That picture of the huge boulder is way cool!
  18. OK, that's good to know beforehand. That's a lot of money to spend on a product that doesn't do what it was designed for.
  19. Friday the 13th part umpteenth......Jason lives! lol
  20. Since everything is stock on that bike, makes me think that you have an air leak from your intake boot to your carb, creating a lean mixture. Check to make sure the clamps are tight and that there is no holes in the boot. A mixture that is too lean can lead to a meltdown.
  21. Thanks for the link Mike, just downloaded one for my Machine:yes: and burned it onto a CD.
