I have a pair of Thor's, a little stiff when new, but once broken in they have been very comfortable. Going on thier 5th year now, and are wairing pretty good, no broken buckles, but they come loose as i ride. Pretty good for a lower priced boot. When i can afford it i'm looking into getting a pair of SIDI adventure rain boots, which are supposed to be water resistant.

The world's nations will allways disagree on many fronts, but they are all driven by one common goal....GREED and POWER. It's just too bad it's us common stiffs that are used as pawns in this chess game.

Got out of riding for a lot of years, but when my son was 6 he wanted a dirt bike. Not 2 weeks later so did i. Since then it has escallated into an obsession. Now we go camping/riding for 4 weeks every summer.

For anyone interested in a PDF service manual, check out e-bay, user name in2oldcars. I just downloaded one for $9.21. Had it in under 1 hour, burned it onto a CD, that way you don't clutter up your PC. From there you can simply print off which ever pages you need, and keep all your service manuals in a CD collection , portable too boot. Painless solution to high priced print manuals.

Just caught the main last night on speed. That was a race to really mix things up. I think almost everyone on the planet was rooting for Windham in this one, too bad about the outcome. WOW, how about Stewart. Sometimes he's his own worst enemy.

Just caught the east coast lites race from the past weekend on speed. Barcia and Wilson went at er pretty good for a while. Couple good crashes as well. Been waiting for the east lites all season, Go Wilson!

They have a reputable company building the power plant anyway. Be interesting to see if the rest of the machine can hold together around it.

Anyone have a Smitty Built? I'm told they are a warn copy. My brother bought one for his new machine, we havn't got it mounted yet, so just wondering what to expect. It was like half the price of a warn. Any insight would be great.

Ya, i agree, the SIDI crossfires are a top end boot. And i have to give them credit for testing out a new market where other boot makers have obviously avoided. I think if they nailed it with the rain boot, it could become wildly popular with the woods/trail riding crowd. Very good idea.

Well i have both, so i guess it might justify getting a pair. But i'd like to hear from somebody who has a bought them first. I'm a bit sceptical myself.
